The room facilities exceeded expectations, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom was spotlessly clean, and even the corners were shining! The daily room cleaning was very meticulous, and even the mineral water was thoughtfully refilled. I especially like the concierge who took the initiative to help with the luggage and reminded us to bring all the items when we left the hotel. The room was clean and hygienic, and there was no dust in the gap between the window sill. The clean star gave full marks directly! The young lady at the front desk smiled like a spring sun. When checking in, she took the initiative to hand over warm welcome drinks. She also carefully marked the surrounding food map and patiently answered questions throughout the process. Originally set for one night, the child especially liked it, the next day the front desk renewed. It is a designer hotel, the room layout is simple and stylish, every detail is handled very well. The bed was very comfortable, the mattress was moderately firm and the bathroom was very clean and tidy. Equipped with a small refrigerator, mobile phone charging cable, disposable bath bag, etc., the hotel is in a good location, pay/pass/convenient/little, 5 minutes walk from the subway station, 10 minutes to the Provincial Museum, and very close to the East Lake. The handsome guys at the front desk of the hotel have a very good service. The small gift package is very rich, with milk braised egg buns and nuts. Next time I go to Wuhan, I will stay here. The service at the front desk is superb. The room is very decorated. The only downside is that the hotel has no breakfast.
