總體非常滿意！服務很及時到位，設施很齊全很貼心。地理位置，景觀特別贊👍👍👍。同層還有個格調不錯的江景酒吧，但不吵。體驗感滿滿！！

超級無敵差評，噁心到極致了，先不説房間咱就説這個價錢 比樓下馬哥孛羅酒店還貴，開始我以為這價錢應該會不錯，結果完全相反，阿姨的服務態度還不錯笑臉相迎，前台接打電話的就讓我很無語，我打電話到前台説酒吧太吵 她竟然讓我把電視打開 生音放大點😂我是來休息的 我不是來看電視的，但凡長個腦子都不會説這樣的話，我問營業到幾點她説不知道，幾番溝通無果，衞生也是臟亂差，太不值這個價錢了，五星酒店的錢住了一個民宿還帶免費酒吧曲的🙃無語死了，以後訂酒店真的不能看圖片，還是要好好看一下評論，以免後患。

房間的視野真的很棒，這個不用説的，但是應該是有些房間是正對着長江，有些是側着的（當然，完全正對的價格肯定也更貴），但是就算是側着的，城市景色依然也很美。酒店位置也很好，沿江路散步，或者在**看歷史建築，真的很棒。
在設施方面，真的挺不錯的，電視投影效果真的很好，影幕大小很合適，投屏，VIP這些功能也都有具備，真的很舒服（可以試試自己投屏假窗，也很有氛圍感）。晚上的時候將室內燈光關閉，泡澡看夜景真的很舒服
至於其他評論裏提到的酒吧噪音，關上房門其實聽不見。也有可能是因為酒店已經和同層的酒吧做好了協商，所以後來沒有這個問題了（但是不知道，如果最靠近酒吧的那個房間能不能聽得到，這個就不好説了）
酒店阿姨也都挺好的

酒店地處黎黃陂路步行街，走幾步就是漢口江灘，位置沒得説，去江漢路步行街方便，樓下就是現在武漢有名的巴公房子，武漢真是一個適合city walk的城市，拍照很出片，之所以選這家還是應該這個大浴缸，和這個無敵江景，來武漢今天天氣都不是很好，快走了天氣轉晴，下次來武漢還是要定這家店，前台服務周到，第一天很晚到飢腸轆轆還有小零食，房間大，做得也乾淨，再就是看到這江景有多少人能不愛，下去走幾步前台推薦的三狗牛肉粉 明鏡生燙牛肉麪 三鎮民生甜食館，都不錯，武漢真是名副其實的過早之都和碳水之都，味道都不錯，總而言之這家castle城堡江景酒店五星好評，下次再來。

衞生：真的很不好，打掃的很潦草，晚上夜燈打開，竟然還有可多小蟲子在爬，噁心死了，就不發照片了，店家不信可以直接聯繫我
環境：一出電梯門，一個大的臟乎乎的垃圾桶就影響入住心情
服務：服務員一問三不知
就是離江近，周邊商業挺方便

房間非常滿意，可以看江景，打掃的衞生乾淨整潔。晚上也安全，周圍毗鄰黎黃皮路。後來遺失物品店主也非常熱心的寄回，感謝，好評，以及推薦，比周邊的馬可孛羅酒店性價比高太多
