Hotels in Chu River and Han Street, East Lake Scenic Area, Wuhan

Helpful staff at check in. Room was average size. Comfortable bed,with fresh linen each day. The lady housekeeper kept the room clean durian my daily absence and wished me good morning with a smile each time I saw her. When I checked out she acknowledged me farewell with a wave and warm smile. Breakfast was mainly Chinese as expected in a Chinese hotel, but there was adequate Western style food on offer. All the food was fresh and hot. Overall a good experience with the added bonus of only a short walk to the Yellow Crane Pagoda and ferries across the Yangtze River.. I took advantage of the free Metro and Bus travel for senior citizens.

Very pleased with our choice of this hotel. Beautifully decorated and perfect for photos everywhere. Even thought the front yard was a flower shop. Nice smell throughout the hotel. Room is spacious and well set up. Smart Control made things even easier. Glad that the bedroom lighting control is separate from the wash up area. Large window and large TV! Staff are all very polite. Expect them to greet you anywhere. Interesting to see a service robot riding the lift and running up and down the corridor. We haven’t tried the free laundry service but we found two arcade games in that area.  Highly recommend

The room is comfortable, without any odor, I like the layout, the windows are well ventilated, the view is good, the mattress is comfortable, both adults and children like it, and I am very satisfied with the stay. I don't like the mirror diagonally opposite the end of the bed, but the hotel just meets my needs. The staff is warm and thoughtful. Next time I come to Wuhan, I will have a fixed place to stay. I will come again.

A good travel accommodation experience. The room is large and clean. The cleaning lady often comes to clean. When I had breakfast in the morning and returned to the room, I saw that the room was clean and tidy. It was very comfortable. There were welcome fruits. The location of the room was very quiet. The surrounding trees were lush and the grass was lush. There were many hundred-year-old Zhang trees and osmanthus trees, and cherry blossoms. The ladies at the front desk of the hotel provided very good service. They also helped us to make an appointment to visit Chairman Mao’s former residence and the garden. The hotel has a wide variety of breakfasts, and there are many authentic Wuhan delicacies. The hotel is well managed and the hotel is very large. You can take an electric car to pick you up on time wherever you want to go. The hotel itself is a natural ecological scenic spot where you can enjoy the lake, cherry blossoms, and century-old trees... I will choose Donghu Hotel again when I come to Wuhan.

I recently went to Wuhan on a business trip and chose to stay at Hampton by Hilton Wuhan East Lake Optics Valley. The location of the hotel is very good, close to East Lake, convenient for subway, pleasant surrounding environment, when checking in, the front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, and very efficient. York is very reliable and was very enthusiastic to help mail the leftover items when checking out, the service is great!

酒店前台客服九九小姐姐服務是槓槓的，人美心善服務周到，必須點贊，總體住宿環境也非常的不錯，入住過程也比較滿意，房間升級住的大的單間，大大的落地窗很舒適，還有躺椅可以躺在上面刷刷手機，房間的洗漱用品都非常的齊全，質量也超好的。

Facilities: The facilities are very new, and there are no signs of being old or dirty. There is a laundry room and a gym on the 6th floor. Although it is relatively small, it is basically enough. Hygiene: The hygiene is relatively clean. I am used to wiping the table and toilet with disinfectant paper towels when I enter the room, and they are still relatively clean when they come out. Environment: The hotel lobby is on the fifth floor. The decoration is quite grand and the decoration is also very festive. The overall feeling is very new and high-end; the room is also relatively soundproof, not too loud and generally quiet. Service: The ladies at the front desk are very gentle and can meet the needs in time. Breakfast: I went there late on the first day, and there were basically no dishes. I felt that the waiters worked very hard but couldn't win. It seemed that they had no experience in receiving such a large number of customers before; the second day was greatly improved. The time for breakfast was about the same, but there were many more dishes, and new dishes were constantly being served. The overall feeling is not bad, and the cost performance is very high!

The room is spacious, bright and has a great environment. The pillows are high and low, and I sleep very comfortably. The laundry room also has a large number of equipment to meet the needs of residents. I especially praise the breakfast, which is very good. I will choose to stay here again when I come to Wuhan next time.

✔Location: The hotel is in a very good location. It is about 500 meters away from Exit D of Yuejiazui Station on Line 4 and only a few minutes walk away. The hotel building is very iconic and there is a big silver dolphin at the door🐬, because we want to go to the river beach and I was visiting East Lake, so I chose this hotel. The location is really good. It’s close to everywhere, including Han Street SKP, Jiangtan, and East Lake. It’s all very convenient😀 ✔Environment: I heard that the hotel opened on September 1st. It is very new. There is no smell at all, so you can go there with peace of mind. The hotel lobby is so grand. So many Hamptons have stayed here. The decoration of the lobby of this Hampton is not bad for a five-star hotel. Clean, bright and comfortable, the decoration is so beautiful, the photo shoot 📸 has a good blockbuster visual feel ✔Room: The room is clean and tidy, with excellent hygiene and dry and wet separation. As for the license plate, I didn’t ask in detail because I chose the subway. This trip in Wuhan was very meaningful. I forgot to take pictures. The hotel also gave me welcome fruits and a handwritten welcome card. It was really thoughtful. I will choose it again next time I have the opportunity to come to Wuhan. The room layout is reasonable, comfortable, clean and sanitary. It is also convenient for children to do homework during the holidays, but the lighting is a bit dim. It would be great if this detail could be taken into consideration.
