Hotels in Chu River and Han Street, East Lake Scenic Area, Wuhan

Entered the hotel to an absolutely wonderful lobby. To the right was a terrific bar that also serves cake and hot beverages. Our room was on the top floor - the executive floor. This gave us access to their lounge which was a great addition. It gave us a place to relax when inside the hotel with some snacks and beverages. I also very much enjoyed the massage chair in my room!  Finally, well stocked buffet for breakfast. Options are limited for “western “ foods but plenty of other options. Great stay!!

I chose to travel to Wuhan during the peak cherry blossom season. Needless to say, the hotel is located on Metro Line 4, which is very convenient for travel. The hotel is very new, the facilities and environment are good, and the service is even more considerate. The hotel launched a free tourist bus to East Lake and Yellow Crane Tower during the cherry blossom season. Although I missed it, it was really thoughtful. The hotel breakfast is on the 20th floor, which is quite rich. You can eat Wuhan snacks such as hot dry noodles and bean skin without going to Liangdao Street, and it changes every day (I was going to Liangdao Street too early on the last day, and the queue was so bad that I collapsed 😡,) The view from the room can see the Yellow Crane Tower. Because I was running around in the cherry blossoms every day, I missed the afternoon tea courtesy, and the hotel was very considerate to help extend it. The customer service Xiuxiu was very meticulous, and gave a small gift before leaving, which was a happy ending for the Wuhan flower viewing trip.

A very comfortable and friendly experience, excellent service and thoughtful staff, highly recommend. Perfectly placed if you need to be around guang gu.

Great clean hotel with nice bar, outdoor area and big rooms. Our room was on the 2nd floor with a bath, fridge, lux bathroom, large TV and super comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel also has laundry facilities with a quick turnaround. Hotel also mentions it has a 'gym' however this just one treadmill. The location is within walking distance to Yellow Crane, Hubei lane and Yangtze River. Closest metro is around 15 min walk, which can be an effort if you are venturing other parts of the city often. Overall very luxurious stay with nice bar to relax at before the night begins!

Helpful staff at check in. Room was average size. Comfortable bed,with fresh linen each day. The lady housekeeper kept the room clean durian my daily absence and wished me good morning with a smile each time I saw her. When I checked out she acknowledged me farewell with a wave and warm smile. Breakfast was mainly Chinese as expected in a Chinese hotel, but there was adequate Western style food on offer. All the food was fresh and hot. Overall a good experience with the added bonus of only a short walk to the Yellow Crane Pagoda and ferries across the Yangtze River.. I took advantage of the free Metro and Bus travel for senior citizens.

Convenient transportation, 5 minutes walk from the subway station, good location, small gift given at check-out, room upgrade at the hotel front desk, very good experience, laundry at the gym is very convenient, especially the front desk Xiao Wang is very enthusiastic to deliver things to the room, a very pleasant stay experience, delicious and rich breakfast, breakfast is very good, cost-effective and recommended to stay

The hotel is clean and tidy, the check-in experience is super good, and the breakfast package is delicious! ! The location of the hotel is easy to find, there is a shopping mall downstairs and public transportation is also very convenient. The second front desk is very considerate and kind. The hotel is very cost-effective. I will book it next time I come to Wuhan. I highly recommend it!

The room is nice. The staff are very enthusiastic, especially the front desk staff. I booked two consecutive nights. Due to travel reasons, I needed to cancel one night. However, the next day, I did not cancel it on the platform in time. The front desk staff canceled it for me directly online, saving me one night's fee. The staff is enthusiastic and professional. The service attitude is a plus. I will stay again in the future.

This hotel is newly opened, so I had concerns and hesitated when booking. But when I got to the room, there was no smell at all. I have sensitive eyes and would be very uncomfortable if there was a decoration smell, but I didn't feel any discomfort in the room. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas and has a large space. Resting at night is relatively quiet, and guests can swipe their room cards to go upstairs. The hotel lobby is exquisitely decorated, and drinks and snacks are provided to guests. The service staff at the front desk are also very nice. The highlight of the hotel was the breakfast, which was very satisfying. The breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western. Wuhan's special snacks include hot dry noodles, three-fresh tofu skin, chicken soup wontons, and beef noodles. The noodles and wontons are made to order. The service from the waitresses in the restaurant is warm and thoughtful. The hotel also has a laundry room and a gym. In short, the hotel environment, hygiene and services are good. The only thing I didn't give full marks for was the facilities because there was a lack of luggage racks in the room. This was an inconvenience and should be resolved as soon as possible.
