Great clean hotel with nice bar, outdoor area and big rooms. Our room was on the 2nd floor with a bath, fridge, lux bathroom, large TV and super comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel also has laundry facilities with a quick turnaround. Hotel also mentions it has a 'gym' however this just one treadmill. The location is within walking distance to Yellow Crane, Hubei lane and Yangtze River. Closest metro is around 15 min walk, which can be an effort if you are venturing other parts of the city often. Overall very luxurious stay with nice bar to relax at before the night begins!

The front desk helped recommend delicious restaurants nearby. I tried local snacks according to the suggestions and had a good experience (≧◡≦) Although the room is not big, the layout of the table, bed, etc. is reasonable and easy to use. The cleaning lady will ask if cleaning is needed. She is more respectful to guests in details, and the overall service makes people feel comfortable.

The experience of staying at Orange Crystal Street Hotel this time was really great! Qiqi at the front desk was very attentive and considerate. Whether it was check-in or daily needs, she could solve them efficiently, which made people feel very caring. Every time I encountered a problem, she always helped to deal with it as soon as possible, and took the initiative to ask if there were any other needs. The service was meticulous. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was clean and soft, and the hygiene details were very well done, so I felt at ease staying there. The breakfast was rich in variety and tasted great, especially the freshly cooked noodles and fresh fruits, which made people full of energy for the whole day. Overall, this accommodation experience exceeded expectations, especially Qiqi's enthusiastic service impressed me. Next time I come to Wuhan, I will definitely choose here again, and continue to find her to check in! Highly recommended to other travelers~

There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the WS BONSKI, Wushang Dream Park and Baotong Temple all nearby. Very clean. U-shaped hotel with unique style. Service is OK. It was newly built. Comfortable. Air conditioning, toilet and facilities are all new. Stayed for two nights. But I was not satisfied with the mineral water. It was Nongfu Spring in a green bottle. Almost no one buys it. The water quality is a bit over the standard. Also, I didn't have the two free afternoon teas. They can't be delivered to the hotel room. It's quite rigid. Even if I change some fruits for the guests to eat when they come back at night, it would be good.
