I booked a Hollywood twin room. Vivian was very nice and helped to upgrade it. She also arranged a room with a lake view. She responded to messages in a timely manner. The lobby was very fancy. The overall experience of staying here was very good. I recommend staying here! Let me first praise the advantages: 1. The room is large and well maintained. It is a little old, but it doesn't matter if you don't look closely. It is clean, the bedding is comfortable, the room temperature is suitable, and the room facing the lake can see the sun rising, which is very comfortable. 2. The cleaner is very polite and delivers things quickly. She cleaned and folded the clothes for the renewal room, wiped the skin care products and put them in place, and left a note. 3. The attitude of the staff I met was very good, with a smile. When I picked up my luggage, I left the coffee there and forgot to take it. When I returned, I found that it was thrown away for me, but I immediately refilled the coffee in the lobby bar for me, which was also very delicious. 4. The hair dryer is very useful and my hair dries very quickly. The toiletries are easy to use. 5. The sound insulation is very good. It seems that there is a staff rest room directly opposite the room, but I have not been disturbed by the housekeeping or other guests for two nights. 6. Downstairs is the subway station and Cha Yan. There are taxis waiting at the door at any time. The transportation is very convenient and it is also very close to Wuhan Station. I took taxis all the way in Wuhan. Taxis are fast and cheap. Things to be improved: 1. The washbasin in the room is too far away. You have to bow 45 degrees to prevent water from splashing everywhere. 2. The teeth of the wooden comb provided are too short and not easy to use. 3. The pattern of the mouthwash cup looks more ”down-to-earth”. I can't tell whether it is dirty or not. I am a little afraid to use it. It is recommended to replace it with a transparent glass cup. 4. The shower head is broken, and water is everywhere~ 5. The electronic scale in the room seems to be broken and does not display 6. The mini bar is removed. The food in Wuhan is very spicy and salty. I can't get anything to drink temporarily. You can call the front desk separately to make up for it. The last one is neither an advantage nor a disadvantage, that is, you have to go down to get the takeaway by yourself. Wuhan is a good place. I will come to play next time~

The Shouyi Road Station on Line 4️⃣ is right next to it. Tourist attractions and stations can be reached. The starting price of the taxi for snacks in Hubu Lane and Liangdao Street is just right. I met Miao Miao from the guest department. The service was very thoughtful. She gave us a hand-drawn map and recommended several scenic routes in detail. I wanted to ask for a buckwheat pillow and a feather pillow when I entered the room. She contacted us and sent us a pair of different pillows in time. The problem was solved in time. The room is simply decorated and fully equipped. The mini bar is also equipped with a small refrigerator. There are mineral water, drinks, and nuts that can be used. After drinking the mineral water, you can take it in the corridor. If you order takeout in the room, write down the room number and it will be delivered to the room. It's good [jump jump] I stayed in Shanshui for three nights. After breakfast on the first day, the waiter wrote a card with suggestions. I said I wanted to drink hot soy milk, and it was arranged immediately the next morning. The next day, I asked the waiter if I could eat tangyuan on the third morning (Lantern Festival). I did eat it on the third day. Just for this service, I will definitely stay here again when I go to Wuhan next time.

Helpful staff at check in. Room was average size. Comfortable bed,with fresh linen each day. The lady housekeeper kept the room clean durian my daily absence and wished me good morning with a smile each time I saw her. When I checked out she acknowledged me farewell with a wave and warm smile. Breakfast was mainly Chinese as expected in a Chinese hotel, but there was adequate Western style food on offer. All the food was fresh and hot. Overall a good experience with the added bonus of only a short walk to the Yellow Crane Pagoda and ferries across the Yangtze River.. I took advantage of the free Metro and Bus travel for senior citizens.

This stay was great. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by warm and thoughtful service. The front desk checked me in quickly and introduced the surrounding delicacies. The room was clean and tidy, the layout was warm, and the bed was soft and comfortable. It felt like being wrapped in a cloud when I lay down. There was no odor in the bathroom, and the toiletries were of high quality. The hotel's breakfast was rich and varied, with a reasonable combination of Chinese and Western food to meet the needs of different tastes. The location is excellent, travel is convenient, and the surrounding shopping malls and attractions are very close. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, this hotel is an excellent choice and highly recommended to everyone!

The staff are super friendly and very helpful...they knew we were going out on a cool day and they offered us two small bottles of warm honey drink. The hotel is new, very very clean and with very flexible policy...we were allowed to check in at 6am with a reasonable payment. Breakfast were wonderful. All day you can enjoy the coffee, drinks and also yogurt. The indoor and outdoor sitting of the restaurant is very nice. Very near MRT station; walking distance to a lot of restaurants/stalls with good food - across the street is Mcdonald. -- ＞We decided to extend another day stay there.

It is very stuffy and hot inside the room because the hotel doesn't provide the air-condition.The location is very convenient and the breakfast tastes yummy.

The hotel accommodation experience is not bad. The location is very good and it is close to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. There are many restaurants nearby. The service attitude of the hotel staff is warm and thoughtful. I hope to come again next time

The hotel is in a prime location. Jiangtan Park is just across the road from the hotel. You can also enjoy the river view when taking a walk in the morning and evening. It is recommended to walk from the hotel to Jianghan Road for about 30 minutes. One way is to take photos of the night view of the Yangtze River along Jiangtan Park. The other way is the road behind the hotel, with many historical buildings along the way. The waiter on the 23rd floor cleaned the room in a timely manner and the bed was comfortable for sleeping. The hotel's indoor swimming pool is clean and sparsely populated and not open to the public. The breakfast is rich and has a variety of specialties. The Thai food in the revolving restaurant on the 41st floor is delicious. I visited the Hubei Museum, the Wuchang Uprising Memorial Hall, the Yellow Crane Tower, and the Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street. The food and snacks are affordable. Looking forward to the next in-depth tour.

I stayed in this hotel for three nights during my first-ever trip to Wuhan, and I was very positively surprised about this hotel. Location: The hotel is located on Jianghan Road, which is one of the most popular spots for shopping and eating. A metro station is located just downstairs, with easy access to most of the other areas of the city. The hotel is located on the 28th-31th floor with a spectacular view over the city and a great vibe to just hang out in the lobby and relax. Got to the 28th floor to check-in. Cleanliness: All areas of the hotel had a very high cleaning standard, the room, the lobby, hallways, and public spaces in the hotel were spotless. Service: Excellent service with very professional staff at the front desk. Facilities: The rooms have everything you need for a great stay, the hotel also serves breakfast but I opted out for this option so I did not try it this time. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay, and I would stay here again if I come to Wuhan. I strongly recommend this hotel to other travelers visiting Wuhan.
