設施：需要定期維護，也需要豐富些娛樂設施，在山上住了三天挺無聊。
衞生：衞生不能説查，但可以給更好。
環境：環境沒得説，大自然的饋贈，就是客房需要主動打掃清理。檢查日用品或其他。
服務：服務一般，你問她們就答，僅此而已。

酒店位於長水村最後面，旁邊有七裏溪，可以溯溪，水很清很涼爽，長水村一路上都有溪水，還有山泉水，還有千年紅豆杉，我們一家住的是四樓標間，還挺寬敞，朋友推薦來的，含早餐，還可以。就是旁邊沒啥飯店，吃飯衹能在酒店二樓炒菜，不過雖然價格略貴但勝在分量大。還是不錯的，房間比較乾淨，床舒服，就是抽水馬桶按鍵有點難按。

環境不錯，衞生也乾淨，主樓餐廳食材新鮮就是味道要麼太鹹要麼太清淡，還有缺少一些小童遊樂設施，小朋友衹能玩水，有點單調。

房間還比較乾淨，被褥也很乾燥，衹是房間有異味，週末的晚上睡覺比較吵，夜裡可能把狗放在酒店門口，晚上有人來就有狗叫。白天遊客出門會大喊大叫

位置還行，就是服務態度不行，一件衣服明明洗澡落酒店了，第二天要老闆找服務員問下，卻不承認，衣服不重要態度很重要，第一次碰到這麼不用心的，別的東西你説我掉其他地方了還可以説得通，這樣的經營生意會不會好也難説。
