Hotels in Wuxi Shuofang Airport Area, Wuxi

Because I had an early flight the next day, I booked an airport hotel. It was very close to the airport and very convenient. The check-in lady gave me a free upgrade. I was very happy. She chose the room I wanted according to my requirements. The room was very clean and quiet. It was a very good experience. The only thing was that the children's slippers I wanted were not delivered to me!

This hotel completely exceeded expectations! From booking to departure, every link is impeccable. The lobby is high-rise design with art installations, and the sense of high-end is coming. The layout of the room is reasonable, the smart equipment in the whole house is super easy to use, and the bedding is soft. The local specialties are especially authentic, and the western desserts are exquisite and delicious. The afternoon tea in the executive lounge is both beautiful and delicious, and it is worth the fare. Convenient location, walking distance to the surrounding business districts and attractions, super convenient travel. Stay here next time, highly recommended to all friends!

Great front desk service staff. Every friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was relatively good for the price I paid. I like the coffee and the oranges served at the lobby area.

The hotel's hygiene and service are good, and the front desk is also very friendly. Complain about the shortcomings: 1. The induction lights in the room are completely redundant. When I go to the toilet at night, the light is on brightly and does not go out for a long time. 2. The electric toilet makes a loud noise. 3. Late at night, the sound of doors slamming could be heard from time to time in the corridor. 4. After 12 o'clock, the robot is still delivering goods and can hear the phone ringing in other rooms. 5. There are trucks passing by on the main road downstairs from time to time, and there are also the sounds of airplanes. To sum up, I didn’t sleep well all night!

Hotel is well located for Wuxi New District. There isn't a huge number of hotels in this area. Jinjiang hotels are generally quite basic, but you know what to expect & this was no different. Staff were friendly, albeit slightly unsure how to check in a foreigner (understandable given location) but all in all, it was a decent stay.

The room is clean and sanitary, with complete facilities and high cost performance. We also got a discount and free breakfast for extending the stay. Thank you for the thoughtful service of the little sister at the front desk!

Great place. Clean, and everything is great. One thing, free transfer can be ordered only by the phone. Please add email or other option, our flight was abroad so we can’t arrange transport before and walk to the hotel from airport. But it was hear.

This is a big and nice hotel in this park. The lobby and front desk are OK, but the room facilities are a bit old. The breakfast room staff are very nice. I told them that a colleague had not arrived for breakfast yet and asked if they could hold off on collecting the meal. They kept saying that it was okay to wait.
