感謝管家宋婉婉小姐姐的貼心服務，讓我們感有賓至如歸的感覺，武義之旅圓滿結束～因為房間緊俏，2晚定了2個不同的房型，婉婉小姐姐帶我們體驗絲滑退房+入住，全程沒有操一點心～同行的小夥伴把中葯落在上一晚的mini吧裏，凌晨才想起來，服務人員找了很久沒有找到，給我們送了零食和水果表示歉意。結果第二天一早婉婉小姐姐上班了聯繫我們説找到中葯了，給我們送過來！同行的小夥伴對這種被關注&在意的服務所震驚紛紛表示還願意再來玩一次（節假日人也不多也不會很吵真的很開心啊）。在觀堂酒店住了2晚分別體驗了私湯、公共湯池、餐廳、泳池、還有大堂竟然還有星巴克～最後一天下雨了，旁邊是雨滴打在樹葉上淅淅瀝瀝的聲音，泡在私湯裏熱乎乎舒舒服服的。公共湯池和泳池都是小而精，我們選在結束營業前3小時去的，人少體驗感upupup。早餐的牛肉麪和筍乾麪真的要被狠狠誇一下，味道很棒，一下子打開了大家的味蕾，早餐炫2碗不是夢！酒店套餐還贈送了掐絲琺琅，朋友掐了一個戴珍珠耳環的少女。這次住下來的酒店體驗非常好，酒店設計的很有意境，看出來有在用心，另外衞生上也很到位，敏感體質不過敏，因為我們比較喜歡去各地旅遊的時候挑好的酒店玩，這次評分這麼高，願意寫這麼多評價，真的是被服務cue到了，再次感謝婉婉小姐姐給我們的五一假期錦上添花！

優點： 1） 前台燕子辦理入住手續，温泉早餐等事項講解的非常清楚，聲音也很温柔，服務非常好！ 2） 停車方便，地面地下都有。 3） 房間面積很大，大床舒適度也很好。酒店設施挺齊全的，健身、泳池、星巴克、哈根達斯都有。 4） 酒店直連極樂湯温泉館，有男女混浴區和分開的區域。我們衹體驗了混浴區，消毒水味比較重，其他區域都沒體驗。 缺點： 1） 五月份了酒店還沒有啟動冷空調，房間裏還衹有新風，要靠開窗和電風扇散熱。我們入住的時候外面下大雨，開着窗房間裏有覺得潮潮的，這上面有些小氣了。 2） 房間門卡系統有問題。如果第一次手勢不對刷卡沒成功，再刷就沒反應了，需要等幾分鐘它自己重啟好再刷才行。很浪費時間又折騰人，工作人員自己也碰到這個問題。 3） 酒店早餐品質將將，能吃的出來在細節中想壓成本，質量明顯是下降的。熱牛奶是用奶粉沖的，肉腸口味也不怎麼好，水煮玉米用的是糯玉米不是甜玉米。 總體來説，五一節的房價入住有點偏高了，但節假日高峯也沒辦法。平日的性價比更優，平台優惠房券的平日價比我們五一節的便宜一半。
