B&Bs are still different from hotels... It will be a more relaxing space... It is not a 24-hour hotel. I am very sorry... Response from Property: Hello, we have received your suggestion and will make improvements promptly. You booked our comfortable double room during the holiday. Our usual price is around 350 RMB, but during the holiday it's just over 500 RMB… which is already very reasonable. The air conditioning is central, and the fan speed varies from person to person… so we can't satisfy every customer. We provide disposable toiletries, which is typical of guesthouses; hotel amenities are generally more expensive. As for location, we are a four- to five-minute drive from the scenic area… which is acceptable. Hotels around the scenic area typically charge around 1000 RMB. Regarding the lobby issue, let me explain. Our guesthouse is a tea-style inn; all rooms are on the second floor and above, as is the lounge area and outdoor tea room. The first floor is used for reception, so smoking is acceptable. We are not a non-smoking guesthouse. Our breakfast selection is quite extensive… but it certainly can't compare to a four- or five-star hotel. Thank you very much for your stay. If you are not satisfied with your next stay, please feel free to let us know, and we can recommend a better, more cost-effective option…
