Recommend hotel. Located in the city area and 10min walking distance to the nearest mrt station. The room rate is worth the amenities and cleanliness! They do provide daily makeup room service by changing all the linen,thanks to the room attendants 小影. Besides,they also provide self service for landry,which is super convenient! From the front desk staff,room attendants to the restaurant are friendly and helpful and they even check on you if an extra request is needed. They do provide extra water for us throughout the stay. Thanks to 小影 check on our stay and provide us with free breakfast on our last day ! The breakfast is wide spread. The front desk staff 樱樱is friendly and helpful by accommodating our request. Will recommend friends and family as well as come back for the next trip. (However small hiccups that forgot our request for utensils one of the day)

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warmth and exceptional service that your hotel provided. I must extend a special thanks to Miss Zhong, the Customer Service Officer, for her outstanding service, particularly in catering to our needs as foreigners. Miss Zhong went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and always went the extra mile to address any concerns or questions we had. Her professionalism and dedication were truly commendable, and she made us feel right at home. Additionally, I would like to thank our room manager Ms Xie (谢立琴）for the fantastic laundry services provided during our stay. Our washed clothing was returned fully folded and in impeccable order, which was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. Such attention to detail truly reflects the high standards of service that Center Hotel Xi'an（Bell Tower) strives to maintain. The overall experience at your hotel was memorable and delightful, thanks to the efforts of your entire staff. The comfortable accommodations, delicious breakfast and afternoon tea and excellent amenities all contributed to making our stay truly enjoyable. 1. Location - very conveniently located. The street has lots of convenience stores, restaurants and food carts especially at night time. The food carts here were slightly cheaper but equally if not better than the ones in the more popular Muslim quarter. We had one of the best hot and sour dumpling soup in one of the food carts down one of the alleys. Went there twice. 2. The Muslim quarter is a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. We went there all 3 nights of our stay, to eat, to shop, to sightsee etc. it was very lively and lots of shops open until midnight. 3. The ground floor has direct access to the mall next in the same building during the day where they open the door between the buildings. 4. There are 2 metros very close by. You have to walk a lot inside Zhonglau station. 5. The breakfast was simple and filling. We had it for one of the days when we had an early start. The other days we ate from the places open on the street below. There is also McDonald’s across the street. 6. It is walking distance to the Xian city wall. 7. The room is on the smaller side but not cramped. Enough room for 2 of us. It was clean and modern. We booked one of the rooms that didn’t have a window to outside. The hotel had a setting where two rows of rooms had a gap in the middle with windows facing one another. 8. The staff were really helpful and helped us through translate apps. 9. They also give you a small gift of some Chinese snacks on your departure which was very nice.

Location: Great - right behind Exit H Zhonglou metro station, across the road from Luomashi walking street and comfortable 10min walk to Bell Tower, Drum Tower & Muslim Quarter esp if you cut through the eateries to the right after you exit the hotel. Rooms: Lovely, spacious and comfortable. Toilet had a bidet. Huge TV but no English Channel and couldn’t cast shows from our phone. No view. We also had problems with the smell of smoke. The staff were quick to attend to it but they could only spray the room and once that dissipated the smoke smell was back. Hotel: There was a booth that offered airport transfers from the hotel for just 30yuan per person. The staff were pleasant but I think the most disappointing thing for me as a foreigner who isn’t able to speak Chinese was the lack of any English speaking staff. This to me is more of an Accor problem though. I had booked with Accor, a global brand, with expectations that there would be at least some English-speaking staff and at least one English TV channel (which our other more local hotels in Beijing had). Still overall good stay and I’d recommend it to anyone who can speak Chinese.

Have stayed at Eastern House, 7 years ago. The service & quality still amazed me. Even with language barrier, staffs still are excellent & very professional. Would like to commend on all the crew team at cafe/restaurant who served us breakfast every morning. Everyone is very courteous, friendly & professional in attending to guests. The greeted with a genuine smile. Big shout to the Team Leader, Ms Yi Gai Li. She represents what a great hospitality means. She greets & always with a smile. The best, she made effort to remember what our likes. She knew from Day 1, I would prefer a little honey with my cereal, the next 4 days she would remember & place a small portion of honey. She is always attentive. Eastern House should be proud to have a model staff in their team. Thank you Eastern House for the consistent great service even after 7 years since I last stayed.

The hotel itself is very nice, design is very unique and looks extravagant. The Restaurant and Bar has a terrace where you can see the city walls - looks exquisite at night with all the lights on. The room is just as shown in the photos. Bed is good quality and very spacious. The room is well equipped with all necessities. Breakfast was also excellent- chinese and some western cusine as well, everything delicious , fresh and plenty to choose from. Late night noodles were a real treat after a long day of walking. Reception is very kind and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay for Xiao Pan and Xiao Wang Zhong Chow.

Could not find ' City Convenient Hotel' as described by Trip.com. We had to call the hotel to confirm the exact location, in the middle of the night ! Finally, we checked in the hotel namely ' CITY COMFORT INN'. Trip.com should pay more attention on the translation. Anyway, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room is spacious with a sofa for two. Clean towels and sheets are provided. The location is superb for getting around with Mrt and there are plenty food outlets nearby including the morning market and the muslim street.

The room was decently clean and the hotel staff were nice. However, the room is clearly quite old and this negatively impacted our stay. When we arrived, the room was freezing because the windows were left open, and even when closed they did not seal fully, and some cold air still crept in. The veneer of the bathroom cabinets was peeling off completely, and the shower water was lukewarm at best. The breakfast included was ok. I understand that some parts of the hotel are currently under renovations, so perhaps the quality will improve once those are complete.

If you’re seeing this review, this hotel had the best, most attentive service we’ve ever had in the many many hotels we’ve stayed at in china and around the world. It’s clean, spacious and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable. • We originally booked 4 nights at Yunheyebo, but we were so impressed after our first 2 days, that we cancelled our booking at Ritz Carlton and rebooked with Yunheyebo for another 6 extra nights. (Pictures are of the executive deluxe family room.) • We had a smooth check-in experience despite it being 3am when we arrived. • Rooms were spacious and extremely clean. They cleaned our rooms everyday, and had free laundry service. Hygiene is really important to us - we were happy at the beautiful design of the room and the CLEANLINESS of everything. • The hotel is new and it’s not just nice in appearances. It’s not a refurbished hotel, the entire building felt new. The decor was tasteful and elegant. • Fantastic location - It’s a few hundred metres from 文昌门 Wenchang Gate, very convenient to visit the ancient city walls. After staying in Xi A for over a week, I don’t particularly recommend staying within the ancient city walls because of the traffic congestion. Yunheyebo was right outside the wall, was walking distance from the most important gate and an excellent base for travel - we avoided many traffic jams here. • Ease of transport - the 永宁门 Yongningmen metro station is a 800m walk away. Private hire didis arrive within 1-2 mins! • Outstanding attention detail from the housekeeping staff - they noticed that we were guzzling down so much water, that they increased the number of bottles of water they gave us (completely free of charge), and this escalated till we were given an entire carton of bottled water on our 4th or 5th day there 😹 Gave us a good laugh, but we are very grateful to the housekeeping staff who took care of Room #10-26 from 1 Sep to 8 Sep 2024. • We received a nice welcome box of desserts, fruits and snacks! I thought a welcome gift would only be given once, but it was refilled everyday! • special shoutout to 盼儿 Pan Er, for the outstanding service throughout our trip. She was extremely responsive and helpful - reminded us that there was free dessert in the evenings, helped us arrange late check out (this was off-peak season so we were in luck, i don’t know if this is possible during the peak period!!), helped us save some dessert when we were out late, etc. Once, I left my hat in a private-hire vehicle, and the driver was coming to the hotel to deliver it while I was not in. 盼儿 Pan Er helped ensure that my hat was sent straight to my room. Thank you again for being so contactable and helpful throughout our trip! • We originally booked for 1-4 Sep, but ended up staying 1-8 Sep and 11-12 Sep. The young lady working at the concierge on 2 Sep at 11pm to midnight was the biggest reason we extended our stay at this hotel. She definitely convinced us. I wish I knew her name, but thank you for making our trip that much better! • The free airport drop off was very much appreciated, it took the stress of planning an additional item off our shoulders. • Service from all the staff in the hotel was impeccable - from the attendants standing around the lobby, to the bellboys, to the 24/7 concierge, to the housekeeping, to the staff at the breakfast restaurant. I’m not disclosing the perks and benefits we got during our trip because I don’t want to set them up for unrealistic expectations 😹 But the staff at this hotel was really extremely nice, accommodating and helpful to all of our requests. • Definitely stay longer so you can explore Xi An at your own pace. AVOID peak periods, national holidays and school holidays if you can! If you’re still deliberating, don’t anymore lol. You’d want to stay in a hotel where you *know* you’ll have prompt support from a local, when you’re in a bind.

Our stay at Hesu Designer Hotel was absolutely lovely! The hotel is beautiful, with a great location near the center, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly nice and friendly, going out of their way to help us despite the language barrier, as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to the front desk team and to Xiao Wang, who assisted us throughout our stay. The team made us feel so welcome, always offering us coffee and making sure we were comfortable. At the end of our stay, they even surprised us with a lovely gift (picture). The hotel also provided fantastic recommendations for attractions and restaurants, which made our trip so much easier and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Xi’an!
