Since we were the only 4 guests on the flight during our drop-off time slot, they even arranged a brand-new GAC Trumpchi 7-seater commercial vehicle that had been on the road for only 5 months, treating us to a super VIP private car experience. 💫 Other thoughtful amenities: Prime location, very close to Yongning Gate (South Gate). It is extremely convenient for visiting the City Wall, Guanzhong Academy, Forest of Stone Tablets Museum, Muslim Quarter, Grand Tang Dynasty Ever Bright City, Datang Furong Garden, Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, and other attractions. The hotel offers a hearty breakfast featuring local specialty snacks, along with heartwarming services like free afternoon tea and snacks, and a complimentary shuttle to the Terracotta Army. The guest rooms are clean and quiet, with comfortable bedding. From the front desk and drivers to the restaurant staff, everyone is polite and warm, providing attentive service. When traveling, comfortable hardware is certainly important, but these sincere, detail-oriented services are exceptionally heartwarming.

The room was exceptionally clean, the service was warm and attentive with great attention to detail, and the hot springs were simply amazing! So relaxing and great for the skin after a soak. Hotel guests have exclusive access directly into the Huaqing Palace, making it such a pleasant experience to enjoy the scenic spots early in the morning when there are fewer crowds. Don't miss the evening live-action dance drama 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow'. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a full range of Shaanxi local delicacies alongside fresh fruits and vegetables. Dinner was also superb; the crispy yet tender gourd chicken (Hulu Ji) was a highlight, and the glutinous yellow rice cake was an absolute favorite. Since we were exhausted from our travels, we thoughtfully packed it to eat in the room. The room also came with complimentary little gifts and a soothing bedtime soup. Five-star recommendation, we will definitely be back!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! We even got a free room upgrade. The room was clean and tidy, with all the amenities we needed. The service was excellent too, making us feel very comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend it to everyone! The hotel is great! The hygiene is top-notch, and the bedding is so comfortable. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The location is excellent, right in the city center, and the subway exit is right outside the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water supply was stable. The front desk staff were efficient with check-in and very friendly. The hotel facilities were comprehensive. The environment was quiet, and both transportation and parking were convenient, making it suitable for both leisure and business travel. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xi'an.

Beautiful boutique hotel hidden on the last 3 floors on a high building at the center of the walled city. Very convenient and very quiet. Nice rooftop with swimming pool, bar, view point on the bell tower. Room was elegantly design and spacious. The service is amazing, very efficient yet patiente and talored to your needs. The staffed recommended us great restaurants and show. Joy served us a very nice cocktail at the bar. Food was delicious and lots of complementary snacks and drinks. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that come to Xi'an. Wonderful!

I noticed rooms with terraces around here while walking along the city wall before, so I came down specifically to ask about them and booked a stay during the off-season. The overall stay experience was truly fantastic. The weather in Xi'an these past couple of days has been just right—perfect for sitting on the terrace in the evening and enjoying the breeze. The front desk service was also very thoughtful; seeing that we were traveling with elderly guests, they provided non-slip slippers. Location-wise, it's extremely convenient for visiting Yongxingfang, just across the street. Plus, they offer a daytime laundry and delivery service, so there's no need to worry about what to do with a day's worth of dirty clothes after sightseeing. Truly very satisfied!

My stay at the Renaissance Hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is incredibly convenient, with the subway station nearby, making it easy to visit all the major attractions in Qujiang. Yet, the hotel is tucked away from the city's hustle and bustle, providing a quiet and comfortable environment. The hotel experience was excellent. The Wanfengtang Museum on the fifth floor is a major highlight; being able to admire ancient artifacts right where you're staying truly captures the cultural essence of Chang'an. The public areas are stylishly designed and perfect for photos. Breakfast offers a good mix of Western and Chinese options, including local specialty noodles. Ivan, a staff member, was polite and efficient, making the check-in process smooth. Whether you're visiting Xi'an for tourism or business, this is an excellent choice. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit.

Very close to the subway and surprisingly quiet, with a cool retro decor. It was super convenient for getting around. You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious. The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract! **Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.

Really nice stay! The location is super convenient—right near the Muslim Quarter and steps away from the subway station. Even though it’s located in a bustling area, it's surprisingly quiet inside, offering a peaceful retreat from the noise. It's just opposite the Four Points by Sheraton. The only downside was traveling during the Golden Week holiday (National Day): due to local traffic restrictions, taxis couldn't pull up directly to the hotel entrance. We had to set the pick-up spot at the nearby bus stop and walk a bit with our luggage. Overall, it was a great experience. The hotel offers complimentary afternoon tea, as well as a free bowl of late-night noodles in the evening. A special shout-out to Auntie Guo in the restaurant—her service was exceptional and truly heartwarming. Seeing that we were traveling with a child, she went out of her way to help us out. We are especially grateful to her; having stayed at so many hotels across different cities, we've rarely encountered such thoughtful hospitality.

The Staffs were very very helpful in helping to recommend tours, local travelling to tourists' places , what to see for tourists i.e. us. They recommended where to taste local authentic foods even to beware of fraudsters, eat healthy and spend worthy etc. The hotel, Ibilis was wonderful and up to standard for locals and international tourists. We appreciated the staffs' courteous ways of dealing with tourists (both local and international i.e us included. The hotel is at the right location to many touristic places and local /international food places too. We like to stay again in this hotel, Ibilis Hotel when we come as a family again and also recommend to our extended families, friends and travel companions! Bravo!
