Our family stayed in this hotel for 5 nights on our summer vacation. We have traveled to a lot of different places around the world, but Radisson Red Xi’an is definitely on the top list. The facility is very new and modern, rooms are clean, breakfast buffet is high quality and meets different needs. The location is great too. Subway is a few steps away from the hotel, you can easily go visit anywhere in the city by subway. And you also have free self service laundry, which is so convenient.
The staff are friendly. Allen at the front desk is a great person. He is polite and provides a lot of help to us.
It is highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again for our next visit!

This is an amazing hotel and I highly recommend it.
The design is absolutely beautiful, the room is comfortable and has a lot of well thought things in it that make the stay absolutely beautiful.
The best part of this hotel is the amazing staff who helped me in all of my days, from booking a ticket to a party and even with customer service on a specific app. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to all my friends to come to this hotel.

Just 100 meters away from the metro station this hotel is comfortable and efficient. The room was spacious and well furnished, the breakfast had lots of choices and the food quality was nice. Check in and check out procedures are quick

- Location: in the middle of Xi'an high technology area. Needs some travel to get to Xi'ans main sights. But hotel is conveniently located next to the metro.
- Cleanliness was good for Chinese standards (no dead animals or unpleasant smells). The hotel seems to be new and nice.
- Service: People were friendly, but no one speaks English.
-Facilities: Perhaps the best part about the hotel; everything looks fancy. Appliances work very well (and automatic) in the room. Nice pool. Good breakfast (again for non-Western standards).
Overall: recommended for business travelers or couples who do not mind Didi or Metro. Less suitable for children.

Hotel was conveniently located, close to metro station and shops. Breakfast was adequate, first day we asked for cheese as there was none provided and they kindly brought us some.
There was a free laundry room for guests. Reception Staff spoke good English, very pleasant and helpful. They always tried their best to accommodate our needs.
We found some cobweb on top of a curtain rail in one of the rooms, but the rest of the living space in the room was clean.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the high-tech amenities made my stay incredibly convenient. Loved the Red! It felt like stepping into a modern version day Great Gatsby era hotel. The design is impeccable. Very Instagrammable if that’s what you’re into. Room was clean. I’m a stickler for mold and didn’t see any issues. Breakfast was great with loads of choices for all diet types and preferences. Only complaint is that the bed was too soft but that seems to be the case with pretty much every hotel so maybe that’s more of an issue with us than the mattress. All in all, excellent stay!
