Room: 3.5 stars (somewhat dated and strong cigarette odor)
Breakfast: 3.5 (The selection is standard, the food quality is acceptable, but the tourist demographic can be a bit loud)

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel for three nights. The location was incredibly convenient, being just a five-minute walk to the metro station. It was also close to popular shopping areas, as well as Huimin Street and Yongningmen, making it easy to explore the city's attractions.
Our booking included breakfast, which offered a diverse selection of both Chinese and Western dishes—something for everyone to enjoy. The food quality and variety were impressive.
The front desk staff, particularly the ladies at the counter, were very friendly and accommodating. They even assisted us in receiving parcels, which we greatly appreciated.
Overall, this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and its excellent location and helpful service made our trip even better.

We truly loved this hotel. Staff service was very friendly and prompt. When we needed extra shampoo or unsure how to manage the digital controls, the staff will turn up within minutes to help us. Amenities are available except for a swimming pool which is not important to us. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was decent and a good spread. Location wise, there was a 24 x 7 convenience store right outside the hotel. SKP and other malls were nearby within 300m of walking distance. You could see the castle wall right in front of the hotel and the view was spectacular.

Nice and clean hotel with comfortable bed. :) Breakfast spread was decent. laundry room is provided for guests. Great location with walking distance to main tourist area - Xi’an City Wall.

Good location. Hotel room is spacious, clean & modern style. Breakfast is good. However, try not to book the car to high speed train via hotel travel representative because the suv doesn't have enough space to load 5 of our luggages & we need to squeeze in the car even though we had informed her earlier.

Price worth. Everything was excellent except the shower tub water leaking into the bathroom floor. The front desk girls are nice and very helpful. Great breakfast, lots of choice. good location.

Modern and technologically advanced hotel with good bfast. However, they made us wait for 1hr even though i arrived to check in more than an hr after their stipulated check in time
