Service is good. Rooms are very well decorated. Super love the design. Location is convenient , walking distance to metro. just that it’s in a small alley that didi rejects to come in to pick up. Returning is no problem. Good breakfast, coffee, drinks and wine/cocktail that are all inclusive.

Great location, right in the centre and close to 钟楼 and subway line 2.
The hotel staff were super friendly and for any non-Chinese speaking travellers, most staff seemed to be able to converse in English.
The complimentary drinks were a great little addition and made our stay even more enjoyable!
Breakfast was a bit basic but acceptable considering the price.

A Japanese style hotel on a quiet street in the city center. The room was small and cozy, every detail was well thought out, down to the hair brush and toothbrushes! The breakfast, coffee, and cocktails were all amazing. The staff were super kind and sound like they love being there. The whole vibe was calm, I could’ve stayed in all day 😁

Amazing hotel! With extremely nice and helpful staff! The hotel itself is very beautiful, cozy, comfortable and clean! I would definitely come back!

Really enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. They are able to provide most of the information that we needed during our stay. Room was nice and clean. Complimentary breakfast and also drinks during the evening. There are many eateries around the hotel. It is located within walking distance of the famous 钟楼.

Excellent! Within walking distance to Bell Tower, Drum Tower and Muslim Quarters. Staffs are courteous and always helpful. The rooms are tastefully decorated with comfortable bed & pillows. Will definitely visit again whenever I'm in Xi'an.
