How could I accept going back and change rooms? How would I calculate the travel expenses? So the hotel didn't say anything, so we continued to stay. 3. Because of the renovation, the hotel passage was covered with decorative white cloth. Not to mention the smell, the store was crookedly laid out, and my friend almost tripped over it, so he contacted Ctrip officials. I overheard the hotel manager saying that we were being unreasonable and that if we fell down, there would be surveillance and we would be blocked? ? ? Originally we planned to just let it go, but after hearing the hotel management's "not afraid of trouble" attitude, we decided to fight him to the end. Since it is under renovation and does not meet the standards for normal reception of guests, we don't mind making a fuss. We also communicated with Ctrip customer service for a long time. Later, Ctrip also gave a satisfactory solution, but it was for Ctrip's sake, not the hotel. Gave us a reasonable explanation! 4. The hotel manager is very stubborn and suggested that he go back to school and learn what "service first and service principles" mean. This is the first time I heard that the hotel blocked the customer because he was dissatisfied with the service and wanted to solve the problem. It's okay. , feel free to block it.
