Great Hotel Close to the Old Town!
This hotel is an excellent choice! The location is fantastic – very close to the Old Town, which allows for easy walks and exploring the charm of the area.
The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and everything in them is in proper working order. It's simply a good, solid place to stay.

Very satisfied with this property and service. Appreciated the laundry area, self-serve water, cleanliness and modern interior. Close to city center, easy to hail a taxi to city centre. Walkable to city centre, but too hot in July to do so.

The hotel is modern, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The rooms are comfortable, and the overall design creates a relaxing and stylish atmosphere.
However, if you don’t speak Chinese, be aware that communication at the front desk can be very difficult. None of the staff do not speak English, and while some try their best to help, others are not only unhelpful but actually quite rude. Unfortunately, I had a particularly stressful experience with one of the male receptionists on the night shift, whose attitude towards non-Chinese speakers was shockingly unpleasant.
It’s a real shame because the hotel itself is lovely, but the lack of basic communication and courtesy from some staff members really affected my stay.

I took my child to Xi'an for the holiday. I chose Hesu Yunta Hotel after a long time. From booking to check-out, I was very satisfied with everything. The experience was very good. They contacted us in advance to confirm the arrival time and parking space and sent parking instructions. It was very considerate. They sent us to the room to introduce the gym and laundry room. The room was also clean and warm. The children liked the children's area on the second floor very much and had a lot of fun. The children said they would come again next time

I came to Xi'an with my friends and chose Hesu Hotel. There is freshly ground coffee in the lobby on the second floor. It tastes good. The staff enthusiastically introduced the hotel's facilities and equipment. The laundry room and gym are very good. Xi'an has been hot these days. There is a refrigerator in the lobby on the second floor that provides free ice mineral water. It is very considerate to take it with you when you go out! The hygiene and bedding in the room are very clean and comfortable. I will choose it next time.
