The hotel is so nice. All staff help promptly you any time. There is afternoon break with buffet of watermelon, breads and juice. Drinking water machine is in the room and bottle of water is serviced in front of the elevator. Housekeeping cleans the room everyday. This hotel also located so close with metro. Just come out of metro then hotel is in front of you. Bell tower is located in front of hotel. You can watch it in the 2nd floor while enjoying the afternoon break.

The hotel is just perfect, as it is just by the exit from the subway. The staff is friendly and does the job well.
But there are a number of problems in the hotel:
1. The ceiling and the walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbours perfectly. It’s terrible, because you cannot get asleep when they are talking or….. :)
2. Besides, there is a smell of smoking that comes from the toilet. When the neighbours above or under smoke, the smell comes to your room. The ventilation system works awfully.
But breakfast was tasty! And the view of the Bell tower is magnificent, when you are outside.
Well, to tell the truth, I won’t stay here anymore.

The location is the best possible, right outside the subway station and close to everything you need. It can be a little noisy in the evening but that's expected with the street nearby.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable

Must give a high rate for the location, staff service! Very thankful that the staff gave us helpful hands and warmed our hearts when I had the needs. I would repeat my stay if I am visiting Xi'an again.. location is superb, bell tower and subway entrance no.6 is just in front of the hotel main entrance.

The hotel provides the necessary facilities with housekeeping services everyday.
It is located within walking distance to Zhonglou and driving distance to Xi'an City Wall. Moreover, the subway station is located within the vicinity.
Furthermore, the customer service is good.
You could book a day trip package at the hotel reception / lobby.
I would recommended this hotel to friends.

Hotel staff are helpful. Free upgrade room to see the bell tower just right in front of our room window but sadly the window is small and cannot open fully. Breakfast is good. Variety of food to eat from starter, main, fruits and yogurt.
