I love this hotel. The facilities are great and it has great atmosphere. The staff is super friendly and will do anything to make you enjoy your stay. The location is good. You can grab a bike and drive to the center.

An Unforgettable Stay – Perfect in Every Way!
Our stay at Xi’an Guangcheng Hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and we were even offered a complimentary upgrade to a room with a stunning city view.
The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the little touches like the high-quality toiletries and the daily housekeeping service.
The hotel’s amenities were top-notch. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a great variety of options. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive, with fresh pastries, made-to-order omelets, and a wide selection of fruits and juices.
Location-wise, the hotel couldn’t have been better. It was within walking distance of major attractions and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The concierge was also very helpful in recommending local activities and arranging transportation for us.
What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and attentive. A special shout-out to Ms. Zhang at front desk who made our stay extra memorable with their warmth and attention to detail.
We can’t recommend Xi’an Guangcheng Hotel enough and will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Xi’an, China!

We spent two nights in this fantastic hotel. It is very close to the city centre and about 200m from a metro station. The breakfast is pleasantly varied with several chefs who can cook whatever you like. The room has a fantastic view large windows and there are several services included such as spa, pool and an entertainment room. We had no problem communicating with the staff in English. We also tried the dinner with raw fish, meat, chinese cousine but not limited to.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
