Hotel is nice and clean with washing machine and dryer. They also provide unlimited supply of bottle water.
The location is near wa Qing gong. Prefect place to rest before we watch the show at late night

The receptionists were fantastic, very nice people and helpful even though they did not speak English. Location is very good close to the palace.
The kitchen/breakfast staff were extremely rude and mocked me openly for not speaking perfect Chinese. Very disheartening and really took away from the otherwise good experience.

I clearly remember putting a pair of Chow Tai Fook pearl earrings on the pole of the dressing mirror the night before. I forgot to put them on the next day, so they couldn't find them, which was a bit disappointing.
