I don’t want to complain about the big bed the hotel arranged for my family. I forgot to take pictures. The environment is simply more than ten square meters, it looks very bad and crowded. I found the front desk and asked if I booked a selected room. The actual room is very different from the picture. She said we have a lot of big beds, and the one we booked is a selected room. I said you can take a look at your promotional pictures (Picture 1 and Picture 2). The girl in black clothes looked impatient and asked me which one you want to change to? ? ? It seems like I am taking advantage of your hotel. I said just change to the one in your picture, and finally she changed it when she was very unhappy. Since you want to sell me a room with such a bad environment, why don't you send the real picture and let me decide for myself. I have seen the worst service attitude among the service staff in this hotel. I haven't seen her in a good mood in the next few days. As for the hotel's breakfast, I advise you not to have too much fantasy, it's very unpalatable, just enough for two bites. I have lived in hotels for so many years, and this is the first time I have encountered milk mixed with water? ? It's too stingy. Anyway, I won't go to this hotel again. It's a bad experience.

The soundproofing is very poor. . The young couple in the next room were making out from eleven o'clock until four or five in the morning, then they had a fight and the girl left. On the other side, two men were talking until after three o'clock. It was so uncomfortable that they couldn't sleep at all. . . . It's disgusting. I won't come again.

I have stayed in this hotel several times. The service is really good, the rooms are very clean, the facilities are very complete, there is a free self-service laundry room, a gym, and the hotel also has a self-service breakfast with a rich variety. The transportation is convenient, and it is only ten minutes away from the subway station. Recommended

The room signal is not as good as the hotel. It is a very unsatisfactory stay experience.

I came to Xi'an for tourism. There was a thin receptionist with a bad service attitude and a strange tone of voice. The other receptionist was very gentle.
