The beautiful Haochangle store stayed for one night after a good stay. The hotel location is very convenient and it is more convenient to take the subway in Xi'an. There are a lot of food around the hotel, you can experience it one by one, especially the bear uncle next door, the doll loves to eat very much, although it is a chain store, but it is better than our local taste.

## Location Excellent location! The hotel is directly opposite Exit A of Changlemen Metro Station, which was one of the main reasons we chose it. However, the gentleman who assisted us when checking out on our last day was very enthusiastic and warm. ## Areas for Improvement The hotel's airport pick-up service is outsourced to a travel agency, and the vehicles don't exclusively transport hotel guests. This meant our originally 50-minute journey from the airport to the hotel took a full two hours due to dropping off other passengers, which was a very disappointing experience. The airport drop-off service is also charged (30 RMB per person) and similarly outsourced. For a group of three, I'd strongly recommend taking a taxi yourself; it costs about 95 RMB, ensures you're on time, and you won't have to share the ride. During peak breakfast hours, there was often a long wait for cups. Additionally, when cleaning table mats, staff would only pick up food scraps and give them a quick wipe with a cloth. If you're particular about cleanliness, you might want to wipe it again with your own tissue.

The first night, the room was opened to the elevator entrance. It was on a low floor. There was a platform outside the window. There were a lot of sundries, poor light, dampness, and mosquitoes. I felt super unsafe living alone. I didn't sleep much that night. I was still very scared after listening to the elevator noise all night. I got up early the next morning to change rooms. The front desk was very good. I only had three requirements: good lighting, high floor (for safety), and far away from the elevator entrance. This time they gave me a good room and I lived very comfortably. Unfortunately, I wanted to drink milk in the morning, but there was none in this room. I asked the room sir for it and she said there was none. I said I had drunk it yesterday, and she said there was none anyway. I didn't dare to ask any more. I don't know what the situation is. It's not a matter of how much money you have, but two different environments in two days makes people very depressed.
