Xi'an Hotels with Swimming Pools

This hotel is good. Generally, the room has good lighting and is very clean. It is spacious - one of the biggest I have seen for this price level. The bed is soft and comfortable, very cozy. The sound insulation is good. I'm very satisfied. The hotel is in a good location - near to the South Gate of the city wall. Metro is about 10 mins walk away and it's very convenient to get around. However, we tended to take didi to go around. Too cold to walk in winter.  The facilities inside the hotel are simple and clean. The service staff have good attitude, are friendly and warm. This hotel is really great and I will choose it again next time. To add on, there are many shopping malls like SKP nearby and a lot of delicious food like mutton stewed in bread and meat in a bun.  Entertainment facilities inside the hotel is simple. are also complete. The room is provided with a sizable TV.  the bathroom in the room is separated into shower and toilet areas. There are also disposable toilet seat covers and sweet soup that is very delicious! The front desk arranged a room for me, which is very quiet at night. The orientation of the room is very good, filled with sunlight. At this hotel, I experienced the perfect combination of quality service and a comfortable environment. I also want to praise all the hotel staff, especially the housekeeper, Wanzi and Ms. Tian. Their service attitude is very good. Because we wanted to have delicious food in the hotel room at night, she taught us how to order takeout. She also reserved sweet soup for us every day, which was very warm-hearted. She also sent me a travel guide for Xi'an, which was really nice! Finally, she gave me a shadow puppet, a non-material cultural heritage of Shaanxi Province. It's very beautiful. I will come to Xi'an again for a trip and stay here again.

It's convenient if you in the 3rd termianl or nearby. And a little difficult to get from the Terminal 5 at night. The entrance from the airport itself is closed from 1 am. So you need to call the hotel by phone to get inside. The pool is not working on mondays and tuesdays. The gym is fine, but the shower was closed and staff refused to open the shower for me. The breakfast have variety good for the 4-star hotel or less. The food is okay, nothing to praise, though. The room is nice, a little bit old. The beds are comfy. Overall - a good price/quality stay for one night in the airport.

My wife and I decided to visit Xi'an for her birthday from November 30th to December 4th, 2023, and we chose to stay at the Grand Hyatt Xi'an during that time. In short, it is an exceptional hotel, offering super delicious breakfast with a wide variety of both Western and Chinese dishes. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. For examples, the gentleman in the front door of the hotel always welcomed us with very beautiful smile, the lady who took care of our room every day, displaying meticulous attention to detail that never failed to surprise us. The employees at the Italian restaurant were exceptionally kind, going above and beyond to provide extraordinary care and respect. When they discovered it was my wife's birthday, they surprised us with a small cake, decorated our table with balloons, and even offered us complimentary cocktails. Furthermore, the staff in the Lounge went out of their way to help me arrange a surprise birthday cake for my wife. They decorated the table with great care and passion, and even presented her with a thoughtful gift and a postcard, sharing their kind wishes with us. I almost forgot to mention that they also surprised me by offering a birthday cake when I was in my room. So, we ended up with three birthday cakes in one night that gave us the opportunity to share our joy and share a slice of happiness with the incredible staff. These are just some examples of their great team of their staff. Without doubt, I would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Xi'an.

This time when I came to Xi'an, I chose Yongning Gate Wanda Meihua Hotel without hesitation. Its superior location made my journey extremely colorful. A few minutes' walk from the hotel, you will arrive at Yongning Gate. In the evening, when the lights came on, I climbed the Yongning Gate city wall, watched the sunset gild the ancient city wall, and admired the sparkling beauty of the moat. Walking along the city wall, the ancient charm of Xi'an City and the modern vitality blend with each other, and you can see it at a glance. Not only that, the hotel is very close to the Bell and Drum Tower and Muslim Street, and it only takes a few minutes to get there by subway or taxi. After visiting the attractions, I dragged my tired body back to the hotel, and the warm guest rooms and thoughtful service quickly dispelled my fatigue. Here, you can feel the profound heritage of Xi'an's thousand-year-old capital during the day and enjoy comfortable and cozy accommodation services at night. Xi'an Yongning Gate Wanda Meihua Hotel is definitely the best choice for visiting Xi'an.

We had a wonderful stay! Very warm welcome and free afternoon desserts! Walking distance to Furong Yuan and Everbright City! 3mins to Subway station! One of the best hotels we have stayed in China. Highly recommended. PS: we were assigned a hotel host, Miss Guanfang Ren. She is very sweet and sent free fruits/desserts/tea and requested items to our room during our stay. **Meihao Lizhi Hotel stay experience: the warmth of home continues** After three years, I stayed at the Meihao Lizhi Hotel again. From the ”mask period” to now, the meticulous service has remained consistent, even more meticulous, which is touching. From the moment I stepped into the hotel at the front desk, the greeting of ”Welcome home” made me feel very cordial. This time, the housekeeper took the initiative to ask about the needs and upgraded the room type. The room facilities are as perfect as ever: complete toiletries, free drinks, and even contact lens cases and makeup removers are provided. The details are full of care. ”A bowl of noodles late at night” every night warms the tired body and mind, and the snacks and fruits for afternoon tea are a small blessing on the journey. The most surprising thing is breakfast! There are rich categories and different every day, from Chinese porridge, freshly cooked noodles to Western bread and salads, taking into account the tastes of the north and south, the ingredients are fresh, the taste is authentic, and even the picky taste buds are conquered. The service staff will also take the initiative to ask if you need hot drinks or extra meals, which is as considerate as Haidilao-style service. What is more unforgettable is the ”human touch” in the service: I remember that when I stayed last time, I had to be quarantined during a special period. The housekeeper not only delivered meals every day, but also attached a handwritten encouragement card; now this care is still continuing, laundry and drying, pick-up and drop-off services (such as Canton Fair shuttle and airport transfer) are efficient and convenient, and even take the initiative to coordinate itinerary details, truly making ”guests feel at home”. If the hotel is a home on the journey, Meihao Lizhi undoubtedly interprets the warmth of ”home” to the fullest. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, here can always provide unexpected services to make every stay a beautiful memory. Highly recommended!

First of all, let me talk about the overall evaluation. I personally give it 5 points. It is a very pleasant stay experience during the Spring Festival. Let me talk about it in detail: Geographic location: near the city wall, there are 2 subway stations nearby, and there are 2 super large shopping malls. During the 5 days of stay, we used a shared bicycle for 6.8 yuan** to go back and forth from the hotel to the subway station, which was very convenient. Eating: There is a large shopping mall called Yitian Holiday near the Chaoyangmen subway entrance of the hotel. The Chang'an food stall in the mall is a very famous snack in Xi'an. The environment and taste are super good. In-room facilities: The 2.2-meter big bed is really friendly to families with children. The store also specially added a quilt. Service: The service is very good and enthusiastic. Big praise! Sanitation: Because it was newly renovated in 2023, the hygiene is also super good. Suggestions: 1. Add a convenient clothesline in the appropriate place in the room

I chose this business hotel for this business trip. The overall feeling is very good. I arranged a quiet room because I had to work and have a video conference. I was afraid it would be too noisy. Because I checked in too early, the front desk QQ saw that the room was not cleaned and temporarily released it. I upgraded the room type for free so that I could have a better experience. It was great. The breakfast was also rich and had everything. There is also a gym open all day, which is very good. Parking is also convenient. The elevator goes directly to the basement. I will come to their hotel next time I go on a business trip. Great!

The two stars on service, one for concierge one for the hotel bar’s waitress (Rose 游娜，a trainee but who offered us excellent service , made up for other issue we felt being unfairly treated). The itself, being a historical building and all, looks magnificent. Even though the decor may seem dated, but inside our room was comfortable, and cosy, we got nothing to complain. Concierge would accept our deliveries and helped with luggage and all, again, nothing to complain. BUT, on the second day, the hotel housekeeping mistakenly took a huge bagful of our travel stuff ( including snacks, mini packed laundry detergents, biscuits, fruits, alcohol wipes , packed tissues etc), they simply throw away as garbage. We deliberately left it in a corner so it WONT be mistaken as rubbish. We did NOT leave it next to the bin, and we HAVE already taken out our takeaway boxes. Because we did not at all expect this to happen at a five star hotel , we did not realise it was missing until the next morning when we were getting ready to leave for train station. At this point, when we called, the hotel told us, housekeeping merely thrown out two EMPTY takeaway boxes, that was NOT true! They could confirm it from surveillance camera that it’s s about heavy yellow bag been taken out instead of two empty takeaway boxes. Yes, perhaps it’s not valuable, it’s not a gold chain or a camera, but it’s something very handy to our long journey , and their initial response was not acceptable. We are also not sure what other small things we have left inside the bag ( Because we didn’t think someone will throw it out!!!!). It was obvious it’s not a bag of garbage, if they were not sure why not keep it until we are back and ask? In all the years staying in any international five star hotel chains, we’ve never had to deal with such situation … And one more thing, made us uncomfortable, was before we depart we decided to have a drink in the hotel bar. I asked the bar staff for two Proseccos, she replied if it’s the bubbly free drink being offer upon check in. I spent about 60rmb for two sips, and only to find out it was offer for free which we never been offered upon our arrival ( was nobody else just us two on the arrival night). However. After hearing my complain, the bar staff Rose was very thoughtful gave me a second pour, I still paid, but at least feeling not as mistreated. Perhaps this just the final straw on the pile. On check out, the front desk staffs were busy, no one asked how was our stay , so I did not tell them our experience as above, I had only this one chanel to let out. Legend, not so legend. 传奇酒店让我期待已久，毕竟全球六家，而且在西安的历史建筑内，所以完全没有考虑其他酒店，哪怕我本身几乎不住索菲特，也没有用过accor的loyalty program。 酒店所在建筑的确很棒，我很喜欢，里面的设施也都达到需求。礼宾部前台都很有礼貌，让人觉得很帮助。但是我遇到了两件事，让我觉得以后恐怕不会回来。 1，我们有一个旅途中用的袋子（黄色美团超市袋，里面是一个大的绿色纸袋，因为美团袋子不怕脏放在火车站火车上地上都不担心弄脏，到家了直接拿下来丢掉即可）。里面放了各种小零食，全部可以肉眼看到没有拆开，还有路上用的小包纸巾，ole买的小包酒精湿纸巾，还有小号垃圾袋，以及旅行装洗洁精等。我们把它放在书桌边上的一个墙角，特地放得离垃圾桶区域远一些（房间也没有很多空间放东西我们也不能当路中间）。在我们用完了外卖以及快递后，按照酒店茶几上放的小牌子的要求，打电话请客房部也来收走了。我们理解古建筑立面万一染上污渍会比较难清理。 结果我们离开了一个白天，回来也没特意检查，毕竟这是我们住的地方，我也不想一天到晚防贼一样，也没有对自己的物品拍照。到了第二天我们准备收拾东西离开酒店了，发现这个袋子不见了，这是一个至少有8-10斤左右的袋子，不会轻易错过，于是我们致电酒店管家，在插叙后，告知的确丢掉，但就是一包里面两个空外卖盒… 这是让我最生气和不愿意接受的部分，不小心处理了，不能理解也得理解，但是总不能说瞎话，cctv调出来，我来看看这位清理人员拎出来的是什么东西？？？ 随便看一眼就看到里面的东西都是没有吃过没有用过，就算不确定我也能理解，为什么不放半天等客人回来了确认一下？这里面没有任何异味和汁水，存放一下并不会妨碍你们的酒店。或许对酒店来说，都是些不值钱的东西，没了就没了，有什么好抱怨的，但是将心比心，东西的价值很多时候不在意实际价钱的高低。我们在外面旅行，这些东西是我们的需求，不是钱能买的。 第二个点，我们在离店前，去酒店的酒吧喝一杯，我问吧台服务员点起泡酒（之前我在房间点过，意大利起泡酒），她问我是不是入住时候免费送的起泡酒，我当时就愣了，入住的时候，没有任何人offer我们任何到店饮品。而且到店时就我们俩没有别的客人（所以不是因为太忙）。我拿着一小杯我要付钱别人免费的起泡酒加上被丢了东西，心里不是滋味，不患寡而患不均。是，说我小气，60多一杯的酒在这儿逼逼… 我朋友点了个咖啡，我看到旁边来了另外两个客人，其中一位和一个服务员说，我上次来你们也送的哦，别忘了哦，服务员轻声说知道知道。之间随她的咖啡一起来的，是一份曲奇饼干… 看这个我们桌上孤零零的饮品，心里又是一根稻草压上去。 可能吧台一位员工看到了这个问题，她还是个实习生，也知道了我关于免费不免费起泡酒的不满，于是主动给我续了一杯酒，还拿了饼干（虽然我们也没有吃）、但是心里好受了很多。人真是奇怪的动物（我自己），确实这些都是小东西小细节不值钱可能，但是感觉不公平那就像损失了一个亿，同样是客人为什么没有标准化的服务流程，需要客人去“哭奶喝”，… 逼着大家小气。我不知道这个酒店开了多少时间，但是与传奇这个品牌相比，远远还做的不够。希望传奇品牌有的不紧是历史人物们踏足过的辉煌， 更能够创造属于自己新的传奇。
