The booked hotel villa had some pleasant surprises, but also a few minor issues. The hotel service was a pleasant surprise; a WeChat group was created before we even arrived, making it very convenient to address any questions or needs immediately. The room facilities were satisfactory, but there were three shortcomings: first, the toilet downstairs had a clogged drain; second, the stairs lacked warning signs, causing frequent tripping; and third, there was a protruding nail on the stair tread, which cut my child's foot when we weren't looking. We mentioned this in the service group, and the hotel manager took it very seriously, visiting several times to inquire about the injury and even bringing medicine and a small gift to apologize. Overall, the hotel service was quite good, and I hope they can improve further and reduce these shortcomings in the future.

It served as a beautiful reminder: you don't need to please anyone, and true happiness isn't given but earned through your own smile. I cherished the tranquility, the white swing nestled among flowers, and the vibrant green pomegranate trees adorned with their distinctive red blossoms. The shaded courtyard was a delight, featuring brightly colored rocking chairs, sun umbrellas, and a small pebble-built stream with stone and wooden bridges. In the stream, around twenty fluffy, super cute ducklings swam playfully, even hiding under lily pads when the sun grew strong. Two brown goats contentedly grazed on the lush green grass. I even playfully called out, 'Hello there, goat, can we be friends?' Haha, a unique soul indeed! The 'Eight-Point Black' rabbits were a constant favorite with the kids, and a proud white fox enjoyed its spacious cage – perhaps not its ideal home, but certainly one where its neighbors posed no challenge! Then there were the flocks of big white geese, honking away with gusto. There's also a vegetable garden, still growing. I hope to taste its fresh produce when I return – what a lovely thought! The evening scenery was enchanting, with countless small lights twinkling like stars in the sky. If you're feeling musical, you can even grab a microphone and sing a few songs. The rooms themselves were very comfortable, clean, and hygienic. For those with energy, brewing a pot of tea and chatting about life is a wonderful option. I love this place so much that I'll definitely be back. I particularly enjoyed brewing tea by the floor-to-ceiling window while admiring the natural scenery outside. **Service:** The staff, especially one kind lady, was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. **Parting Gift:** Upon check-out, they even prepared a lovely gift for us, including a variety of snacks that children absolutely adored.

At check-in, they were welcoming & found an English speaking staff member who escorted us to our room, which was super spacious & clean. The hot springs are across the driveway, but there was a shuttle car available if necessary. The breakfast had tons of options & they even indulged my requests (delivered via a translation app) for “a knife to spread butter” & “eggs with soft yolks”. We arrived there via subway & walking. From the subway, with our luggage in tow, was 15 minutes or less. Right around the subway station are other food & store options. Without bags & at a leisurely walk, it was about 15 minutes to Huaqing palace.

The front desk service was absolutely fantastic, with complimentary pick-up and drop-off. The hotel environment was very comfortable, and the heated floors in the room were a nice touch. I'll definitely come back with my family next time. The front desk staff, especially the young lady at check-out, was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic.

We drove there, and the guesthouse isn't right by the road; there's an internal path leading to it. Parking was plentiful during the off-season. It's very close to the subway station, about a 5-10 minute walk. Huajing Palace is just one subway stop away, so we could quickly return after the show and relax in the hot spring. Service: The cleanliness was pretty good; a staff member came to clean the tub before we filled it. The food was also great, five meals a day with a lot of variety, and it tasted good. The staff were very friendly, and towels and bathrobes were replaced promptly. Environment: We had a family room, and the beds were big enough. The room was a bit dim, but it created a nice atmosphere. With floor heating and radiators, it was toasty and very comfortable.

There are some edges and corners on the upper and lower beds in the room. If you don't pay attention, you will be scratched. The design of the bottle of shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap is really good. The dispensing rod is inserted into the bottle and pressed. The strength will be lost. 3. The hotel's catering is mainly high-end, and the price is slightly higher.

The Yujingtai Hot Spring Hotel is amazing, right within the Shijingli Scenic Area. The room was clean and comfortable. After soaking in the hot springs at night, you can step out and enjoy the night view, light show, and performances – the atmosphere is incredible! The service is attentive, and the environment is elegant. It's a one-stop shop for a relaxing getaway, and the experience was fantastic!

My stay at the Haoting Hotel far exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless, the bedding comfortable, and the overall environment was quiet and serene. It's very close to Northwestern Polytechnical University's Chang'an Campus, making it super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. What truly impressed me was discovering I'd left something behind in the room after checking out. I was already too far away to turn back, but the front desk staff diligently helped me locate the item, proactively assisted with packing it up, and patiently coordinated with the logistics company throughout the process. Their service was genuinely warm and thoughtful, and their attention to detail truly shined. This is definitely a hidden gem of a hotel, highly recommended for anyone studying or on business trips near Northwestern Polytechnical University!

Shijingli Zhufengtang Hot Spring Hotel provided excellent service. They offered a 'panda car' shuttle to pick us up from the parking lot. In the afternoon, despite the hot weather outside, soaking in the spacious outdoor hot tub was incredibly comfortable, with sun umbrellas providing perfect shade. My child played happily in it for over an hour! Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The resort also featured a wide array of evening performances and activities, along with complimentary sweet soup, fruit, and even Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) for guests to try. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and we would definitely love to visit again!
