We were having trouble to book the tickets for shanxi museum during the check in and the front desk service staff, 小雅 was very helpful and assisted us in the booking and got us the tickets. The service is excellent and I would recommend my friends to stay at this hotel when they are traveling to Xi’an.

The hotel service is very good. The ladies and sisters at the front desk are very enthusiastic. We came late that night. A concierge took the luggage and sent them upstairs. Because we brought the children and gave them special items, it was really good. The room is very large and spacious, with complete facilities and equipment. Of course, the service of Miss Li Pan at the front desk is very good, please give me a thumbs up and recommend

It is two bus stops away from TV Tower Station on Line 2, and it is very convenient to take bus 161. The hotel room is spacious and grand, and the breakfast is also very rich. The main reason is that the service is very good. Special praise should be given to Comrade Xiao Wei who worked the night shift at the front desk on September 3. He thought about what the guests thought and paid attention to the guests' needs. Environment: Quiet and more comfortable Facilities: The corridor is a bit long and you have to walk a long way from the elevator to get to the room. Hygiene: Relatively clean and satisfactory Service: This is very good. After getting on the high-speed rail, the lady at the front desk even helped me to ask for a phone number next door.

Overall very satisfied with this hotel. The location is fantastic, in the center, super close to the Bell Tower but not near the busy and noisy street. Every staff was so kind and helpful and you feel welcomed! (but you need to use a Chinese translator app for better communication) The room condition was good too but sometimes the noise from the ceiling was a little bothering at night. Luckily I didn’t feel too bad though. The free afternoon is in the lobby for everyone. I expected something nicer but it turned out some cut fruits and snacks with paper up tea. It was still a nice treat! Also I loved their gym. It was small and didn’t have equipments except a set of dumbbells and two treadmills. However they prepared free water, towels, and the super clean space to comfortably work out.

Excellent hotel in good location, room very well appointed. Stay was especially comforting with the warm level of service by hotel staff. I would like to commend front office staff 孙陆who spent time in helping my wife and I set up WeChat DIDI and giving us his personal number to call at any time if we encountered issues. The morning breakfast service staff, 尹改利 and her teammates are happy in serving and awesome, making our 6.30am breakfast a great start for the day. Thank you 尹改利 & your colleagues for the wonderful breakfast mornings. Eastern House is fortunate to have such hardworking and enthusiastic employees. The welcoming experiences at 东舍 would be a draw for our next visit to 西安. 高标准的服务对于提供客户体验至关重要。我要赞扬前台孙陆的帮助以及早餐时尹改利和她的同事们友好服务。你们让我在西安的住宿成为一次美好的经历。

The hotel was in a great location. It’s right beside the Muslim quarter so there’s so much street food. There’s also food chains like McDonald’s and kfc and Starbucks near by. The Great Mosque is only 5 minute walk and so is the drum and bell tower. The room was nice and clean and had the basics. The only negative was the AC was not great. It doesn’t cool the room but this is probably due to central air conditioning being controlled by the hotel which is common with most places in China. The staff were nice even though they had limited English. Overall, I would recommend staying here if you want easy access to the different tourists attractions!

The hotel is located in a very good location, with metro just at doorstep and many shopping malls, eateries around. The staff is friendly, breakfast has a large variety with many local delights. Few points to improve: The hotel was opened years ago so maintenance of the hotel needs to be improved. Some facilities such as carpet, sofa, bed mattresses and floor tiles need to be further cleaned and fixed/replaced. I spotted some issues in the room but I only noticed that when I was about to check out. Though the hotel couldn’t do more to compensate for that but the staff was friendly and willing to offer their help if needed.

Holiday Inn Express Xi'An Bell Towers is located near amenties like 24/7 convenience stores. It is a short walking distance to various street food stalls n souvenir shops. Lots of delicious food are found here.👍 Their reception staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, they offered us beverages to quench our thirst due to our long train ride from another province. Due to our late departing flight schedule, they were to accomodate to our request for late check-out.👍 Their breakfast is nice and delicious, catering to both Chinese and Western style. We were even given complimentary home-made beverages, something which we did not anticipate and this gesture delighted us. 👍 Their family room is ideal for our family of 4 adults, spacious space and good disposable toiletries. Staff cleaning the hotel rooms were polite, friendly and did a thorough job. Room was cleaned everday, at different timings, as they accomodate to our timing for sight seeing.👍 We would like to thank all staff from Holiday Inn Express Bell Tower Xi An for making our leisure trip a wonderful and memorable one. 😘 Thank you ❤️
