Guest UserTitle: This hotel stay was incredible value for money, let me share some details so you can get a feel for it.
I booked this hotel simply for the convenience of seeing 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow,' but I never expected such a wonderful experience.
First, the location is unbeatable – right inside the scenic area. Staying here grants you free admission. Following the front desk's advice, I went for a stroll around 7 AM. The entire park was almost empty, and the morning light on Mount Li was stunning. By the time we returned for breakfast, tour groups were already lining up at the entrance. In that moment, I felt incredibly clever.
The service was also exceptionally thoughtful. In the evening, as we headed out for the show, I was worried about rain, but the staff had already prepared raincoats for us and even escorted us all the way to the performance venue, so we didn't have to navigate on our own. Whenever we had a question, their response was always, ”No problem, we'll take care of it,” which was incredibly reassuring.
The room was clean and comfortable. They provided pear soup and fruit; the warm pear soup was soothing for the throat and very relaxing to drink. Breakfast was incredibly lavish. I initially intended to eat light, but I couldn't resist grabbing several plates.
In summary: it was stress-free, comfortable, and we were very well looked after. If you're coming to Huaqing Palace for a show or sightseeing, staying here is definitely something you won't regret. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Guest UserThis hotel was the most pleasant surprise of our trip to Xi'an! We stayed in two other good hotels before this, but Ling Hotel was definitely the most delightful.
The hotel is located north of the old city and is a bit hidden, but taking the direct elevator to the 16th-floor lobby for check-in was an absolute revelation. The public areas are wonderfully designed, with great attention to detail and a high-quality feel!
The room details were also excellent. The sofa was very comfortable, and the TV was large, though the lighting was a bit dim. The LE LABO toiletries and Dyson hairdryer were definite bonuses.
But the biggest surprise was the hotel's rooftop observation deck and swimming pool. The observation deck offers a complete view of the Drum Tower and the central axis, and the pool view is also perfect, especially at night when it's lit up!
The most, most, MOST delightful thing was the small gift we received at check-out. They specially carved a small seal for my child! Even though we only stayed for one day, they managed to craft such an exquisite seal. This gift was truly thoughtful. Thank you to all the hotel staff! Thank you for your considerate service!
My only minor suggestion is that the breakfast and late-night snack options could be improved.

SYSHOOKXi'an Tone Parc Hotel – I wasn't very familiar with the name, but I chose it because of its excellent location (right near the Bell Tower), and it turned out to be a delightful surprise! The facilities are great: the room was spacious, well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was far superior to what you'd find at Hampton Inn or Vienna Hotel. The management and staff are all young, incredibly warm, friendly, and always happy to answer questions. They're quick to resolve any issues customers might have. Our flight was canceled, forcing us to rebook, which affected the time for our airport transfer service. They patiently helped us contact the transfer department multiple times until everything was perfectly resolved. I'm truly grateful for their assistance!

jinageVery satisfied!
Facilities: All the fixtures are brand new. The shower pressure is great and very comfortable. There's no old or worn-out feeling as some negative reviews mentioned, only understated luxury.
Cleanliness: It's cleaned very well every day, and they even noticed we had a child and thoughtfully left two extra bottles of water, which was very attentive and considerate.
Ambiance: The antique-style decor is in keeping with the age of the hotel, and both the kids and elders really enjoyed this style. Since we're in a thousand-year-old capital, of course, we want to stay in a hotel with historical charm! There's a bronze carriage in the lobby and Tang Sancai pottery in the room, giving a feeling of traveling back 5000 years. My child even said our hotel is like a museum!
Service: From check-in to check-out, every staff member we encountered was smiling and had an excellent attitude.

MashiliuThis hotel boasts an excellent location, making getting around incredibly convenient. There's an abundance of parking spaces, which is a huge plus for those traveling by car. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, and both check-in and check-out were very efficient, with thoughtful and attentive service. Our room was spotless and well-arranged, with soft and comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was also good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were complete, with a stable hot water supply, and the toiletries were of good quality. The public areas were tidy and grand, and the attention to cleanliness was impressive, especially the small details. A special shout-out to the handwritten card in the family room for guests with children – it was a really heartwarming touch. The housekeeping staff even noticed we drank a lot of water and proactively left two extra bottles in our room with another handwritten note. These small details show how genuinely dedicated the staff are to their guests. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is perfect for both leisure travel and business stays. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

ZhenniTennyListening to the rain outside while soaking in a warm tub indoors – it was incredibly stress-relieving! It's been raining so much lately, I felt like I was about to grow mold. This weekend, I finally got to experience the hot spring getaway I'd been dreaming of. As soon as I opened the door, I was amazed – the room had a beautiful Tang Dynasty-inspired elegance! Wooden window lattices, gauze curtains, a tea ceremony setup, and even the hot tub was tucked away behind bamboo screens. The best part? Outside, it was gently raining. I was soaking in my private, steamy hot spring, with the window cracked open. The cool air, carrying the sound of the rain, drifted in, chilling my face while my body was warm to the core. This is exactly what a rainy day should feel like! The pool water was genuine hot spring water, smooth and silky; my skin felt so much softer after soaking. The room also came with rose petals and aromatherapy scents. After soaking until I had a light sweat, I wrapped myself in a bathrobe and had a hot cup of tea. It felt like all the week's fatigue was washed away by the rain. I have to say, rainy day + private hot spring + ancient aesthetic = triple the healing! If you've been feeling cooped up by the rain lately, ladies, you really should try the joy of 'escaping into your own little world' like this.

GuguyaojiayouaFacilities: I've been staying at this Xi'an location since it opened until this year. The facilities might be a bit older compared to some of the newer Backpacker Ten-Year establishments.
Cleanliness: The room attendants always clean the rooms thoroughly, but there are always some inconsiderate guests who litter, and the waste bins in the bathrooms are often full of paper. The shower area can also be slippery at times.
Environment: The environment is excellent, no complaints there. From the inside out, the staff – including the front desk ladies and gentlemen and the cleaning aunties – keep everything very tidy.
Service: The front desk staff are all quite good; at the very least, they always accommodate any requests I have.

The location of this traditional hostel next to the city walls was very convenient and close to a metro station and at walking distance of some of the city landmarks. The room was very clean, beautiful traditional style, very comfortable beds & cosy bedlinen. Good water pressure. No noise at night time as double windows. Little offer of food and drinks at the cafe on the ground floor but many places nearby to eat and drink. I do recommend it!

I really had the best time honestly. I was traveling alone but I'm glad that there was a beautiful restaurant on the same hotel floor. I could hangout there. The hotel room was super spacious and 😍💓beautiful. It was definitely worth the stay. The room has super large windows, lol😂😂😂 the bigger the window the more you'll hear the trains passing by, because the hotel is located along the railway line. But I love the projector view instead of the TV experience. I booked two different rooms to have the best of both worlds
