GGuest UserOur group had a wonderful six-night stay at the Huaqing Imperial Hot Spring Hotel, and we were thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. Before checking in, we inquired about various hotel services, and the reservation staff were incredibly patient and helpful. Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered, no matter their role, was exceptionally warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. As hotel guests, we enjoyed complimentary access to the Huaqing Palace scenic area and the hot springs. We booked a room with a private hot tub, which was disinfected daily by staff and refilled with fresh water every evening – it was so relaxing to soak in after a day of sightseeing! The hotel also helped us purchase tickets for the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance, and our seats were excellent. A dedicated staff member guided us to our seats before the show and picked us up afterward. The outdoor hot spring experience was also fantastic; perhaps because it wasn't peak season, it wasn't crowded. Like the private tubs, there were complimentary drinks and fruits. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. If you're visiting Huaqing Palace and the Terracotta Army, I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

SSino NgA perfect experience beyond comparison! MEILIE Ling B&B (Bell Tower & Muslim Quarter Branch) was the biggest surprise of my trip to Xi’an, and it made me fall head over heels for this city. My housekeepers Cindy and Kevin responded promptly and efficiently. The entire team delivered warm, thoughtful service and took great care of us throughout our stay, delivering an outstanding experience. The property boasts luxurious and elegant decor with impeccable design taste; every detail of the furnishings and facilities is exquisitely crafted. The bed linens offer exceptional comfort for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom is equipped with premium Le Labo toiletries, a Dyson hair dryer, and a classic Marshall speaker — a full lineup of high-end branded amenities that speak for themselves in quality. The daily breakfast and late-night snacks are made with quality ingredients and taste fantastic, warming both body and heart. I rarely eat meals provided by accommodation venues normally, yet I ended up enjoying full portions every single day here. The staff went all out to fulfill every request efficiently, with sincere and reliable service. We also received a lovely souvenir gift upon check-out, bringing one delightful surprise after another. This stay far exceeded all my expectations, hitting the ceiling in both value for money and overall experience. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Xi’an!

KKristylefeiOverall, I'm very satisfied. Although the hotel is older and the facilities are a bit dated, it offers excellent value for money. The service is exceptional and incredibly responsive. It's rare to find a brand-name hotel nowadays with such consistently attentive staff across the board, which speaks volumes about their thorough training. They truly maintain the high standards of an established international brand. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to everything. Highly recommended!

The area has a particularly pleasant atmosphere at night, with many shops and restaurants that make the stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel staff were extremely kind and attentive at all times, helping us with every question we had during our stay. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and in excellent condition. As a small personal remark, I found the bed a little firm, although this ultimately depends on individual preference.
Without a doubt, a highly recommended hotel.

GGuest UserThe Moxy's public areas have a fantastic industrial vibe, incorporating local elements like Qinqiang opera and the Bell Tower. The neon lights, pool table, and open bar really foster a social atmosphere. For breakfast, there was an ample selection of fresh fruit and vegetable salads, which, along with the simple afternoon tea and cocktails, perfectly balanced out all the carbs and BBQ I'd been having in Xi'an. I felt like I was eating very healthily.
Room attendant Xiao Ge did an excellent job cleaning and even left a thoughtful handwritten note, which made my entire trip to Xi'an feel incredibly pleasant. The front desk staff, Xiao Liu and Xiao Lin, were efficient and enthusiastic, making for a great experience.
The only minor drawbacks were the limited number of washing machines, and it was a bit inconvenient to arrange luggage when I had a lot. Also, there were no Hanfu available to try on in the hotel.

GGuest UserThis was my first stay at Yifei Hotel Xi'an Bell Tower, and its location right next to the Bell Tower is excellent. However, what left the biggest impression this time wasn't the convenience, but the service.
The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful during check-in, and they even provided welcome fruits. Everything seemed perfect initially. But then I noticed two small tomatoes in the fruit bowl were a bit spoiled. I only mentioned it casually, yet the swift response and handling by the service manager instantly turned me into a fan!
Not only did they immediately offer a sincere apology and replace the fruit with a fresh batch, but they also hand-wrote a particularly heartwarming apology letter. Honestly, at that moment, I was genuinely touched.
Having a problem isn't scary; not solving it is. And Yifei is the kind of hotel that turns 'minor glitches' into 'bonus points.' This feeling of being genuinely cared for has convinced me, a first-time guest, to definitely return and recommend it to my friends. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserThis hostel is truly top-tier! It's clean and tidy throughout, with privacy curtains for each bunk, charging outlets, and lockers — everything you need. The bedding is comfortable, and the shared bathrooms are cleaned very frequently. The atmosphere is fantastic; the front desk staff are warm and attentive, and you meet so many like-minded travelers. The value for money is incredible. As a solo traveler, staying here felt so safe and peaceful. I'll definitely choose Backpackers' Ten Years again next time!

RROBIN.SWe loved our stay at the Heonic Hotel and suits. The cat motif and cat playroom in the lobby was a hit with our teen and an adult missing her fur babies at home. Clean tidy rooms, attentive staff, cool AC in room, lots of hot water in shower and a bidet in toliet. Room with two double beds, although on the smaller side, it was very comfortable. Within walking distance of the city wall and accessible by Didi to other attractions.

GGuest UserThe B&B's location is fantastic, super close to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter! It's right next to the ancient city wall, which was a major reason I chose this place. The overall decor is a lovely Chinese style, with two courtyards! There's also a beautiful rooftop terrace – sitting up there with a coffee, just chilling out, is incredibly enjoyable. The bed in the room was really comfortable, and the room itself was very spacious! All in all, I'd definitely stay here again next time.
