Xiamen Hotels with Bars

the staff, location and the room is beyond perfect. i was well rested everyday on the very comfy bed and spacious gym that is well equipped. easy to get taxis or didi to and from airport. the next time i come back to xiamen, i will definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

Had a wonderful stay with my small family at Xiamen Swiss Grand. The check in was very quick and the receptionist was so kind and tried to use English with us even though we can speak Chinese 😍. All their staff were so professional starting from the hotel car boy till the Ayi. Hygiene is so great. Room was very spacious with fantastic sea view. Not to forget the mouthwatering breakfast: OMG so many varieties especially western, we enjoyed the pastries most. All amenities are available here even kids can enjoy 3 hours playing for free, Yuna is the responsibile there and provided great service for the kids. Late checkout too without any disturbance to hurry up like some other hotels do. Price is affordable: you get what you pay for. It's recommended. Thank you Swiss Grand

I recently stayed at this hotel and noted several points of interest. The architecture, combined with the greenery, is reminiscent of southern European resorts. The rooms were clean and adequately spacious. However, I found the lack of chairs on the balconies inconvenient. Additionally, there were no electrical plugs near the bed, an upgrade that would be beneficial by 2024. The hotel is conveniently located within a short walk to the beach. The pool area seemed well-maintained, though the requirement to wear hats was unexpected. The staff were friendly and professional, adding a positive note to the stay. While there are areas for improvement, the overall experience was satisfactory. 我最近住在这家酒店，注意到了几个值得注意的地方。这里的建筑与绿植相结合，让人想起南欧的度假胜地。房间干净宽敞。然而，我发现阳台上没有椅子，很不方便。此外，床边没有电源插头，到 2024 年，这将是一项有益的升级。 酒店位置便利，步行不远即可到达海滩。泳池区似乎维护得很好，不过戴帽子的要求是意料之外的。工作人员友好而专业，为住宿增添了积极的气氛。虽然还有需要改进的地方，但总体体验令人满意。

Love this hotel, the view from the room is just amazing! The swimming pool is very big and so beautiful ! The Italian restaurant downstairs is good Will go again for sure!

Stayed at Conrad Xiamen for 3 nights. The room is superb, spacious, clean and cosy. What impressed me was their service as well— with turn down service for the room and delightful desserts every night (which I really look forward to this little surprises for the three nights) which really sweeten the nights. Having stayed at 42nd floor, the view was amazing. Had really comfortable sleep throughout the stay. Had tried the indoor swimming pool too. - 🙏👏👏👏 The service staff were helpful, attentive and friendly. Special thanks to the service crew Ms Shaheen Zhu and Mr Owen. They made the check in and check out process smooth and seamless. In fact, all the service crew were very friendly. I will really really want to stay in this hotel again. 😍😍😍 Thank you Conrad for the hospitality. May happiness be with everyone of you.

A little rough around the edges, particularly when it comes to service. Although, the concierge staff were pretty helpful. The restaurants are a mixed bag, the Japanese place is great. Nice views of the harbour, but a bit of a journey to most of the local attractions. Rooms are about what you'd expect from a place like this. Overall...pretty average. Could probably do better at the price point, but could definitely do worse.

The hotel is ”hidden away” in a forest/hill. They do offer a shuttle service to the cities attractions one-way, which you can use daily, so you'd only have to use Didi for the way back. Considering Xiamen is quite a compact city, it's not too inconvenient. But going out in the evening for a night market, or dinner, does require either quite a hike, or always a taxi/Didi ride. If you do like a place that's quiet and just a few minutes by car away from the city, this hotel is for you. If you want a city hotel, where you can find bars/restaurants/supermarkets next door, you're looking at the wrong place. Rooms are regular for a 5* property, nothing wrong. Yes, as others commented, there is a bit of a wet smell in the rooms - due to the hotels location. First room I was given was smelling too bad, second attempt gave me a better smelling room. At least myself, got used to it after a moment in the room. Pool is large, and clean. Proper Sauna as well. Had the executive room with lounge access included (and breakfast). Breakfast was excellent, very solid 5*. Not the best I've ever had, but certainly VERY solid. Club lounge can get busy, and the offerings are better than what you'd otherwise expect. Willa Wu and Cupid Chi, the two ladies running the Executive lounge, gave great hospitality. Really top notch. In short: If you're sensitive on rooms smelling wet and/or want a hotel located in the middle of the city, this hotel isn't for you. Otherwise, it's great. I trully enjoyed my stay, and would stay here again in the future.

The front desk service is friendly. The room is clean and tidy. The breakfast variety have been improved. Except for the coffee bean provided still at low grade and not aromatic enough. Hope the management to look into it. Thanks

At the reception area, the staff were extremely courteous and accommodating, and the other staff we encountered were always friendly as well. Our stay at this hotel was for just one night, as a layover and it had bad weather from the typhoon, but despite this, we had a wonderful and luxurious stay. We absolutely loved the room! The bathroom was my dream! The hotel boasts a stunning location, with amazing views. The amenities provided by the hotel were top-notch, including a gorgeous outdoor pool, a sauna, and a steam room. Additionally, there is a shopping center located right outside the hotel, which features popular establishments such as Starbucks and KFC. The airport is approximately 20 minutes away and we paid 40 yuan via the Didi app. I also want to mention that we enjoyed the food at the hotel. We had an early dinner and breakfast, and it was fantastic! Can't wait to go back!

This place is exquisite! The service, the people and the environment was exceptional. Justin and his colleagues made sure we were taken care of, even booking our spa day for us because we don't speak Chinese. Sometimes things are harder to navigate when you don't speak the language but they made sure we were always taken care of. Thank you all for making Xiamen an amazing experience for us. We would stay here again in a heart beat!
