This stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The front desk service was incredibly warm, with friendly and professional staff who made me feel right at home. Check-in was efficient, and the concierge even proactively helped with my luggage. The excellent service was a real highlight.

The lobby is very spacious, complete with a comfortable lounge area. Check-in was exceptionally quick, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. Our room was spotlessly clean and meticulously looked after, and the cleaning staff were incredibly kind and enthusiastic. I was thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of our stay. The location also offers very convenient access to transportation. It's truly outstanding and provides incredible value for money. I highly recommend it to everyone!

No smoking rooms available. The boat tour outside the hotel was a rip-off; it was 1.5 hours long and cost 158, definitely not worth it. The hotel's night view was somewhat unique. For food delivery, you have to go from your room to the 38th-floor lobby, then down to the first floor to pick it up yourself, as there are no robots to deliver to the room, which is a bit of a hassle 😡. To get to the 59th-floor observation deck, you have to use the elevator outside the hotel; I'm not sure why the hotel's direct access was closed.

This B&B is located within Luoyi Ancient City. Though the entrance isn't grand, once you step inside, it feels like a hidden gem. It's built in the style of a traditional courtyard house, with a rooftop terrace that offers a close-up view of the Drum Tower. The whole place has such a wonderful vibe. We booked a king-size room with a private balcony, which was quite spacious. The furnishings had an antique charm, and waking up to the sounds of roosters crowing and birds chirping was incredibly comforting. The mattress and pillows were just the right firmness, perfect for recovering after a day of sightseeing. The bathroom amenities were also excellent, with a lovely fragrance. The towels were soft and comfortable, and surprisingly, they even provided a bath mat, which you usually only find in high-end hotels. It made us feel both reassured and pampered – seems like the owner has great taste! 😉 The front desk staff was also very welcoming and helpful, providing recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. However, there was one minor issue: the bathroom mirror in the room was a bit impractical. It was quite far from the sink, and there was no magnifying mirror 🪞. As someone who needs to get close to the mirror to put in contact lenses, I found this inconvenient. 😂 Overall, though, I would definitely recommend this B&B! 👍👍👍

The location is fantastic, right across from the beautiful lake. It's also very close to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, just an 800-meter walk away. There are many other hotels along the way, but this one definitely has the best exterior. A big plus is that the breakfast dishes changed every morning during our stay! They offer local specialties like Hu La Tang and chicken noodle soup, and the chicken noodle soup was particularly delicious. This was my first time staying in an Atour hotel that's part of a villa complex with such distinctive architecture, and it really brightened my mood every time I entered and left. There were plenty of staff at the front desk, and they were all very warm and accommodating with any reasonable requests, speaking very gently. Even the housekeeping aunties would greet us proactively. This has been my best Atour experience yet, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends!

Out of all my business trips, this hotel is by far the most satisfying! The lobby is grand and beautifully decorated, making you feel very comfortable. The desk in the room is large, perfect for long working sessions, and there's complimentary bottled water and tea bags. The bathroom has excellent hot water and strong water pressure, making showers incredibly relaxing. Since it was cold, the air conditioning in my room was thoughtfully turned on before I checked in. The front desk staff were very professional; both check-in and check-out were quick, and they even arranged a car to the airport. Overall, it's great value for money, with fantastic service and facilities. I'll definitely be back for my next business trip!

Located in the heart of the new district, the surroundings are great, with Kaiyuan Lake nearby and close to a commercial area with large supermarkets. It's super convenient for shopping and walks. The hotel facilities are complete, the rooms are soundproof and private, and everything is clean and tidy. It provides an excellent resting environment after a tiring journey.

During the check-in, she can feel her serious and responsible attitude, warm and patient, and people feel particularly kind as soon as they enter the door. When we first arrived at the front desk to go through the formalities, the manager took the initiative to guide us to scan the code to register and complete the relevant operation. Every step was explained clearly. I was afraid that we didn't understand the operation and reminded us patiently. There was no perfunctory in the whole process. When we encounter a place where we are unclear, she will also stop her work, answer carefully one by one, do things in an orderly manner, very reliable. We encountered some small problems during our stay. After contacting the front desk as soon as possible, the manager quickly came forward to coordinate and deal with it. The response speed was particularly fast, and the positive communication and efficient solution did not make us worry more. Whether it is consulting room-related matters or asking for small needs, she always maintains a gentle attitude, does her best to help deal with it, and does everything safely and intimately. From check-in to check-out, her professional service and serious and responsible work attitude have left a deep impression on us. An excellent service staff can really greatly improve the travel experience of the guests. The overall environment of this hotel is good, plus such a responsible management staff, the overall experience is directly full. The environment here is great, and the sunken bathtub in the room is huge, making for a very relaxing soak. The hotel provides a shuttle bus that drops you off right at the entrance, and it's just a 3-minute walk to the Duanmen Gate of Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden. However, the hotel's service left a lot to be desired. My daughter got sick and needed to go to the hospital urgently, but when I asked the front desk for help, their responses were incredibly cold and unhelpful. They said things like, ”You can search for a hospital yourself,” ”Call a taxi yourself,” and ”We don't know.” While I ended up arranging everything myself, their completely indifferent attitude was really off-putting.

This hotel definitely deserves a full five-star rating! Just a heads-up, navigating into the underground parking garage requires a bit of caution. The location is excellent. It's super close to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden – just a short stroll away. It's also conveniently near the night market. **Facilities:** The rooms are very spacious and incredibly quiet. There's a large bathtub, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. **Environment:** The garden hotel setting truly offers a refined and elegant atmosphere. **Service:** The staff are very enthusiastic and welcoming. Plus, the hotel breakfast is outstanding. The *Hulatang* (spicy soup) they serve is surprisingly even better than what you can buy outside, with more generous ingredients. The chicken noodle soup has a wonderfully rich chicken flavor. If you're visiting Kaifeng, this hotel is definitely worth staying at.
