The best hotel in Xinxiang The location is excellent and it is very close to the highway intersection. There are many supermarkets and food around, and all kinds of conveniences. There is a large parking lot at the entrance of the hotel, and the security guards at the entrance are warm and thoughtful. The front desk beauty is considerate and meticulous. The room facilities are complete and the breakfast is rich. The hotel is equipped with a gym, the equipment is simple and practical, the management is orderly, and the service is in place.

This hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport. The room facilities and amenities are comprehensive, and the smart home system for controlling everything is very convenient. The staff were all excellent and very friendly. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in town. Highly recommended!

Zhengzhou is a renowned historical and cultural city. The new district, home to the Corn Tower, represents its modern face. Overlooking the city, you see traffic flow comparable to a first-tier metropolis. I chose this hotel for two reasons: firstly, to experience an iconic landmark, and secondly, because of the Marriott brand. The service was consistently excellent. There were greeters on the first floor to assist with luggage upon arrival and departure. The executive lounge offered a commendable environment and food selection. The overall environment and facilities were decent and met expectations.

There is a direct subway from airport to hotel. Name of the subway is ZAOYUAN and walking distance from subway to hotel about 5mins walk. Hotel room is spacious and clean. There is a small gym and nearby there is a night market and supermarket about 12mins walk from hotel. Near to residential area, there are few restaurants and we found a nice Lanzhou Beef Noodle which is clean, friendly and good. FREE 24hrs airport pickup from nearby hotels to airport , we took the 5am ride and within 15mins reach airport.

Five-star reviews don't even begin to cover how satisfied my friends and I were! Everything, from the cleanliness to the service, was truly exceptional. Getting to Pang Dong Lai (a local department store) by taxi was super convenient; the three of us visited three different stores in one evening. As soon as we got out of the car, a security guard was there to help us with our luggage. The front desk had already prepared yogurt for us at check-in. They even helped us with our luggage since we had so much. We casually mentioned wanting roasted sweet potatoes later, and a robot delivered them to our room right after we arrived! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 We were incredibly satisfied, and the room rate wasn't even expensive! This was completely the service of a super five-star hotel.

If you go to Jiaozuo for business and travel, such as self-driving Yuntai Mountain Scenic Area, it is highly recommended to stay at Jiaozuo Guest House (the parking lot is very large and free), absolutely surprises are absolutely value for money. The hotel's hardware facilities and prices are available for everyone to check the hotel introduction. The management service surprised me. From the room service at the front desk of the lobby to the cafeteria, the uniform and attitude of the staff, and the standard five-star hotel paradigm level are not seen in the whole season of Crystal Atour. It is worth mentioning that the manager Yang Yang of the Shili Gallery buffet restaurant is handsome, warm and professional. I will choose the hotel because of him and eat the buffet!

I traveled with my friends and took my kids to the 15th floor. It was pretty good. The breakfast at the White Deer Restaurant on the first floor was pretty good. I had enough food and drink for two mornings! I happened to run into the annual Penguin Run event and got a cute penguin costume. It was just in time for the temperature to drop, so I put it on my kids to go to the Animal Kingdom. It was perfect! Thank you to the enthusiastic Amy at the front desk for helping us find two penguin hats that matched the penguin costumes. The kids were very happy to wear them to the Ice and Snow Kingdom!

This hotel offers great value for money. It's an established five-star hotel with a grand and spacious Chinese garden-style architecture, boasting nice views. The rooms are very large; we booked a double room and even with two kids and an extra bed, there was still plenty of space. We had dinner at the first-floor restaurant, which had a wide selection of dishes, including local cuisine and Cantonese, all tasting great. What truly stood out was the service. Even before we checked in, the AC in our room was already on. Check-in was quick, and requests were attended to promptly. A special shout-out to Manager Zhang, who was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive. He anticipated our needs before we even thought of them, clearly explaining the hotel facilities and surrounding amenities. Since we had an early morning flight and wouldn't have time for breakfast, he thoughtfully arranged for the staff to pack breakfast for us to pick up at the front desk. A huge thank you for your dedication. The hotel is very close to the airport, and the airport shuttle was perfectly on time, making it an ideal choice for early morning flights. Just a small suggestion: the soundproofing of the room doors could be improved. During the day, we could hear conversations in the hallway and the sound of doors closing. However, once everyone rested, it became quiet. This might also be partly due to some guests speaking loudly or not closing doors gently. Perhaps earplugs could be offered or a quiet zone designated for guests with special needs.

The hotel boasts a superb location, with the subway station just a little over 100 meters away. As soon as you step into the lobby, you're greeted by a delightful and familiar signature scent. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, with meticulous attention paid to every detail. Breakfast was outstanding; they've truly gone the extra mile. The staff were incredibly proactive, warm, and always happy to help with any questions. We felt completely at home and will absolutely be returning for another stay.

Ok for tourists coming here for a layover, here is what you need to know. Free pick up: when you arrive at arrivals, go up to the 4th floor (departures level), exit the airport and there will be big numbered boards. The pick up spot is number 5. From here, call the hotel (they use a translation app). You can catch some WiFi inside the airport so you'll have to call from inside or near the wall of the airport. The van says ”floral hotel” on it so it's easy to find. If you find someone on the plane who speaks mandarin and English you can get them to help you call and check the instructions. The place is nice and clean, a little run down. Staff were very helpful. I had to try every plug socket to find one that fit my universal adapter but I did find out eventually Food: you can download Alipay to pay for food, it's easy to use but you need internet for it to work. At around 6pm a night market opened up right outside the hotel, although I didn't try the food it looked good. Also when I left the hotel at 5am there was a street food vendor outside so you have an option if you leave before breakfast.
