On my recent trip to Luoyang Longmen, I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Luoyang Longmen. It's conveniently located right next to the Luoyang Longmen High-Speed Railway Station, just a 5-minute walk away. Luoyang was quite hot these past few days, but thankfully, the hotel provided immediate comfort upon entering. The facilities were excellent, and the service was very good. Upon entering my room, I found a spacious bed. From the window, I could see the high-speed rail station. I initially thought it might be noisy, but to my pleasant surprise, it was completely quiet, allowing me to sleep very well. The bed was also very comfortable.

Stayed for a one-night layover - hotel is very close to the airport but unfortunately there aren't really any sidewalks on the way to it so it's not walkable. While we took a cheap taxi, if you contact them they will also send over a shuttle for free. As with everywhere in the area including the airport itself, English was not particularly fluent but some desk staff spoke enough that there wasn't any problem, and translation apps work well now otherwise. The room was huge and everything was clean and pleasant. Zhang was particularly helpful taking up our bags and shuttling us back and forth to the airport which is also the metro stop. Great experience.

This hotel is a ”treasure choice” for travelers! The service details are very considerate: the waiter can help with laundry, which is very friendly to business travelers; not only is the parking space free, but car covers and car clothes are also provided, making parking worry-free~ The accommodation experience is full: the room is comfortable and clean, the toiletries are comfortable to use, the air conditioning cools quickly, and it is a complete ”lying flat” stay experience! The surrounding convenience is amazing: there is a food street outside, which is a delight for foodies; it is close to the airport and there is a pick-up service, so you don't have to rush to catch an early flight. This configuration really hits the travel needs!

You might not believe it, but I specifically traveled to Luoyang to stay at this hotel after seeing it recommended in a video! We were offered complimentary fruit upon pickup, and there were more fruits and snacks available to order once we arrived at the hotel. I always appreciate a room with a bathtub, and a soak after a long, tiring day was truly rejuvenating. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering seafood first thing in the morning, alongside fresh-squeezed juices. I did think a coffee machine would be a good addition. While I enjoy Americanos, not everyone does. A machine could offer espresso and, with milk, a variety of other coffee drinks. 😂 The local specialties like beef soup and *hulatang* (spicy soup) were excellent. But the service truly stood out; they went above and beyond to fulfill almost all our requests. There was a minor incident upon check-out. We checked out at noon, but around 4 PM, I received a call stating that the plastic packaging of a condom in the room had been torn open. I asked my two children, and they admitted they were curious and picked it up, even asking me what it was, which I had seriously explained to them at the time. However, I am certain they did not tear open the outer packaging. Ultimately, the hotel refunded the charge they had initially deducted. Reflecting on it, if no one else had entered the room after our checkout, it's possible a child's nail might have accidentally scratched it, but it certainly wasn't deliberately torn open. I also extended my apologies to the hotel for any misunderstanding.

Location very near to the Airport and convenient for those who need to transit on tgeir flight.The rooms are soacious and clean.Walking distant to the subway. Staff are friendly and helpful.They waited for us in the airport to pick us up.The next day they send us back to the airport punctually. The hotel is conveniently located right at Erqi Square, with Asia Department Store also in the vicinity. The night market in the evenings is incredibly lively. Despite having been open for some time, the hotel is kept spotlessly clean, and the rooms even come with a mini-fridge. The absolute highlight, however, is the hotel's breakfast, served in the 28th-floor revolving restaurant. The breakfast spread is incredibly extensive, and you can enjoy panoramic views while dining.

A very nice and comfortable hotel in an unbeatable location, and has a beautiful rooftop terrace. Located on the main axis of the Ancient City, but off on a quieter part so the city will not disturb your rest and relaxation. Also 5 minutes away walk from the subway and busses to the Luoyang Grottoes, White Horse Temple, and the Luoyang Museum, but the real treat is to be able to walk through the old city at night, right at your doorstep. The room was big, comfortable, had lots of electrical outlets and a nice shower. Staff was open and friendly. There are lockers at the front desk for safe storage.

A truly five-star experience with five-star service. While some facilities are a bit dated, the room was spacious and the overall stay was very comfortable. We received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in and a small farewell gift upon departure. The hot water for the shower wasn't quite hot enough, but when we reported it to the front desk, their response was incredibly quick. The engineering team immediately came up to adjust it – that level of responsiveness is truly commendable. The next day, we booked the hotel's car service to visit Shaolin Temple. The concierge team generously upgraded us to a Mercedes-Benz executive van free of charge. Our driver, Mr. Liu, was an excellent driver – both fast and steady. We wish the hotel continued success and a flourishing business.

The lady at the front desk noticed we had a child and kindly upgraded us to a larger room. The room was clean and quite spacious upon entry, and the bed was huge. Our family of three slept comfortably without feeling cramped at all. The hotel pool was also great. It's not open to external private coaching, so when we went in the morning, it was just our family. This was a pleasant change from some hotels that open to the public and become so crowded you can barely move! And of course, the InterContinental breakfast was superb and extensive. The service was also excellent; staff even proactively offered to make my coffee. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall, making dining and shopping extremely convenient. We drove here, and just a small suggestion regarding parking: for out-of-town guests like us, the hotel signage for parking was a bit sparse. We ended up driving around for quite a while before finally finding it tucked away in a corner on Basement 3!

I had a wonderful one-night stay at Hilton Zhengzhou. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The service was excellent—staff were attentive and professional. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious food to suit different tastes. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend staying here!
