This hotel was the best choice for our May Day trip to Luoyang! It's right in the heart of the old town, making it convenient to go anywhere. The attentive service was incredibly satisfying! This is truly the 'Pang Dong Lai' (a well-known, high-quality department store) of high-end hotels – the experience was absolutely perfect! I highly recommend all hotels across the country learn from and emulate this one! First off, they offer free pick-up and drop-off from the station! Even if the driver was temporarily unavailable, the hotel would help arrange a taxi and cover the cost. These little details really won me over! The room was super spacious, bright, and didn't feel cramped. The bedding was thoughtfully chosen, and you could even select your own pillow to suit different sleeping preferences – I relaxed instantly as soon as I lay down! Although the facilities are a little old, it didn't affect the experience at all. It was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. Any minor flaws were completely negligible. The breakfast was truly eye-opening, a proper Luoyang food feast! Authentic beef soup was available to our heart's content, and all local specialty snacks were covered. They even had fresh salmon of good quality. It was a perfect blend of Chinese and Western cuisine, offering incredible value for money – you could spend hours just enjoying breakfast! During our stay, we could also order complimentary snacks, pastries, and drinks. They provided warm hospitality and food throughout the day, so we could eat to our heart's content without even leaving the hotel! The staff were gentle and patient, always responsive, and we felt completely pampered throughout our stay. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Luoyang! I sincerely recommend it!

BEST STAY EVER! Long review, but a meaningful one. Hotel & Facilities: I stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and well maintained. The location is excellent, only about a 5-minute walk from the main entrance of the Longmen Grottoes, plus all the shopping and food area. There is also a nearby bridge where I enjoyed beautiful views of the grottoes without entering the site! The receptionist Mengmeng upgraded my room to a suite free of charge, which made my stay even more memorable, since it was a special occasion! She was super helpful and kind through my stay. Housekeeping was outstanding. My room was cleaned every day and maintained to a high standard. The breakfast buffet had a variety of dishes and enough choices to keep breakfast interesting throughout my stay, I ate like a queen, besides the restaurant area is super peaceful. As a Spanish girl who does not speak good Chinese, I relied on translation apps, and the staff were always patient, welcoming, and eager to help. Exceptional Staff Support After I Sprained My Ankle: During my visit to the Longmen Grottoes, I unfortunately sprained my ankle. The level of care I received from the hotel staff was exceptional and was one of the main reasons I decided to extend my stay by an extra night. The receptionist Dan Dan and the driver Zhang Hong went above and beyond to help me the night I sprained my ankle. Ma Dan Dan was my main contact point. She regularly checked on me, provided ice for my ankle and even helped me do my laundry! She came up and down to my room several times to bring me everything I needed. I am very grateful for her time and care. The driver Changwang took me to the nearest health centre and he was super patient and talkative, which was nice. Special mention to one staff member called Wang Bing, she was working during the breakfast the day after I sprained my ankle and she was incredibly helpful, lovely and attentive, she even gave me a medicine for mosquito bites! Everyone treated me with kindness and professionalism. I believe mentioning their names is relevant, due to my particular situation, they deserve the recognition. As a solo woman travelling and getting injured far away from home, their support meant a great deal to me. Overall: Whether you are a domestic or international traveller, I highly recommend this hotel. The combination of beautiful facilities, an excellent location, outstanding cleanliness and nd caring staff made this one of the most memorable experiences I have had in my years of travelling. My accommodation in Zhengzhou during my Henan trip. Usually, tourists seem to stay near Erqi Square. However, since we needed to take a train from Zhengzhou East Station to travel across multiple cities, and also planned to visit 'Only Henan' (a scenic spot), plus I heard the scenery around 'The Big Corn' building was good, I specifically chose it as our accommodation for these few days. It turned out to be an excellent choice. Even more, I have to thank 'The Big Corn' for a fortuitous decision: because I chose to stay during two nights that were considered 'off-peak,' I adjusted our travel dates. If not for this, our trip would have coincided with a heavy rainstorm, making it impossible to go out at all. The room itself was fantastic – very large and spacious, with that classic five-star hotel feel. The bathtub was very comfortable for soaking, and the desk was convenient for work. Welcome fruits were also provided. However, the small snacks in the room that I saw mentioned in other reviews didn't seem to be there; I'm not sure if it was due to the room type or something else. The service was also excellent. Ms. Zhang Dongmei and Ms. Kong Mengge provided outstanding service. They were very responsive to all requests. When checking in, they directly offered a late checkout until 4:00 PM, which was incredibly convenient. Regarding the food, I was also very satisfied. The breakfast had a wide variety of options: Roujiamo (meat burger), Huimian (braised noodles), rice noodles, Hulatang (spicy soup), millet porridge, cold dishes, fruits, baked goods, and various Chinese and Western delicacies. It was exceptionally rich and satisfying. The executive lounge was also great; happy hour offered several hot dishes, fruits, desserts, and very good drinks. You could even print custom patterns on your coffee. The facilities, including the gym, swimming pool, and hot spring pool, were also very good. Amenities were plentiful; the swimming pool even had clean towels and non-slip slippers provided. Right downstairs is a large lake, and an evening stroll there with the breeze was very comfortable. I will definitely come back again.

This location is heaven on earth. Surrounded by mountains that take on the form of Buddha. You sit right in the palm of a blessed spot. It is family owned and they treat you like family while you are there. By far some of the kindest people you will meet on your trip. Food is fantastic and homemade. There is a rooftop spot you can relax at, have tea, and even enjoy your meal there. The Shaolin temple is just a short walk from the hotel, and the owners will offer to drive you every time. Make sure to stay here if you are in the area. You will not regret it.

This hotel was another pleasant surprise. Right after booking, I received a call from the butler asking about my arrival time and if I needed airport pickup. Since we were driving, they provided parking directions. We arrived late at night, and everyone, from the gate guard to the front desk staff and the team member who showed us to our room, was incredibly welcoming. I asked for only Coke in the mini-fridge and no other drinks, and they executed that perfectly. The room was very spacious, and I loved that the hot spring bath was indoors and separated from the bedroom by a sliding door – that's a brilliant design. The hotel butler was excellent and reminded us about breakfast. Oh, by the way, if you stay here, don't miss breakfast; that bowl of beef noodles was a real delight. If you need to go to a scenic spot, just contact the butler, and they'll do their best to arrange for a hotel car to take you there, which is a great service. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. Thanks for everything! Welcome Fruit: Very sweet and a good variety. Minibar Drinks: If you run out in the room, just grab a Haibi drink from the restaurant to enjoy. Rose Petals: A whole tub full of romantic ambiance.

The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. During your stay, the hotel staff are always smiling and ready to help, making you feel right at home. It is particularly worth mentioning that the hotel's room service is very attentive, the rooms are neat and clean, and the bedding is comfortable and soft. The transportation is also relatively convenient, it is very close to the subway entrance, and there are many restaurants around, which makes me very satisfied. Highly recommended to all friends who are pursuing a high-quality accommodation experience, I believe you will fall in love with it!

This was my first time in Zhengzhou, specifically to see Zhou Shen's concert. I only stayed one night, but the Jajin Hotel left a deep impression on me. Every staff member was incredibly friendly during check-in, and they even upgraded my room and gave us a complimentary afternoon tea. They promptly provided information about the shuttle bus times and locations, and added us to a WeChat group. They flawlessly organized seven shuttle buses to and from the Olympic Sports Center for hundreds of 'Shengmi' (Zhou Shen's fans) – not a single person was left behind! A big thank you to the entire concert service team: Wang Youxing, Fu Wei, Yin Junpeng, Shang Jianghao, Lü Keying, Liu Jian, Liu Chengyu, and Wang Huibin! And of course, all the staff who assisted me during my stay. My first trip to Henan was absolutely perfect!

Always excited to try new hotels in Puyang! Passed by this place because there's an EV charging point at a petrol station. I've stayed in the business version of this Biway chain of hotels at Hualong District and it was not bad so I decided to take a chance. This hotel is the premium version of their business series and I'm glad to say that the interior is indeed premium. However it is considered small compared to other luxury premium level hotels in Puyang, but it is more convenient here so it is understandable. Staff is very friendly and well trained even though our check in was rather late. I'm a foreigner so it's a little tricky but all's well and they've upgraded us too. The room is smart so you can say ”Xiaodu Xiaomi” haha. The switches were intuitive so plus points to that! I love the hotel amenities like the hair dryer was pretty superb, heating system in the room is super toasty too. The beddings is really luxurious it's gotta be one of the best I've tried in China haha not an exaggeration. The pooping toilet is separate from the bathing toilet, I like that because my husband's 💩 is really smelly hahahha. Toilet seat is also heated and they provide a disposable toilet seat too. Note that this hotel has an EV charging point but only 1 parking spot so that's very few. Just a few suggestions to take it to the next level: 1. Toilet bowls could have a washing bidet. 2. There's veryyyyy slight hint of smoke smell but it is because my room isn't a non-smoking room. But I would suggest having differentiation of smoking and non-smoking rooms so sensitive folks like me would not smell it at all, or use a better ionic treatment. 3. The hotel should have more EV charging parking spots considering the large number of EVs in China. 4. TV apps are not paid so there's practically nothing much to watch. There are hotels with paid accounts so that's a bonus. Overall no complaints and I look forward to staying again!

This time, I chose to stay at the Marriott Hotel in Luoyang, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I especially want to commend the staff from all departments. Upon arrival, staff at the entrance helped with our luggage. The concierge and even a little robot delivered items to our room multiple times. The front desk staff were thoughtful and friendly during check-in. Once in the room, we found it to be comfortable, well-designed, and the attention to detail was impressive. The housekeeping staff even left a personalized welcome letter, which was a lovely touch, and all our individual needs were met. It was a truly delightful stay. The dining experience was also excellent, with high-quality food and attentive service. The Executive Lounge was fantastic; the staff were warm and polite, providing meticulous service, and the happy hour offerings were plentiful. Throughout our stay, the service was professional yet warm, with all departments working together seamlessly and responding promptly, making us feel genuinely valued. Whether for sightseeing or relaxation, this is an excellent choice. I wholeheartedly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Luoyang. A large shopping centre (Wanda Plaza) is next door with a huge array of Chinese franchised food outlets alongside KFC and Starbucks. A good spread of affordable to prestige clothing brands as well. Many empty shops, though, point to economic stresses in this market. The breakfast is standard Chinese hotel fare so if you're expecting a range of gourmet cereals and breads you'll be disappointed. Turning to the room itself. No room clock and a huge television screen that turns on every time you put your key in the slot are minor annoyances. The television screen has no apparent access to audio-visual inputs which seems a wasted opportunity to me. I want to watch my own media on the television screen. The room is a good size and quite quiet. The bed was firm but not hard. Blackout curtains work well and windows can be partially opened. I observed that any non-smoking regulation was not observed by all guests. Perhaps in the major markets that's more enforced. There is no laundry service as far as I could tell. The shower stall is my main concern and this might apply only to my room. The drain is VERY slow and the recess quickly fills with water. The floor is flat, so water does not naturally flow to the drain, leaving the shower recess always wet and a potential mould hazard. No complaints from me about the lack of staff who speak English. This is a new hotel catering mainly to Chinese travellers. While I have some concerns about the standard of building construction finish I can't fault the staff for their attentiveness and friendliness. If the location suits you the value is obvious. Note that guest rooms are on floors 18 and 19 so expect to spend some time waiting for the slow lift.
