房間整體硬件非常差，全屋包裹複合材料的護牆板，與價位嚴重不相符。浴巾架絕對是反人性的，本人一米八的個子踮着腳剛剛夠到。進屋門上貓眼就塞着一團紙紙。衞生情況見圖有真像。淋浴設施污垢非常嚴重。
上述這些還不是最重要的差評理由！！！辦理入住的時候前台告知無法享用平台權益，早餐不讓吃，不能延遲到兩點退房。由於行程安排本來想續住的，結果餓着肚子九點多換了酒店。前廳經理對無法享用平台權益的解釋非常生硬，就是前晚前台是新人不知道，搞錯了。語氣傲慢，態度冰冷。一副愛住不住的態度。提出需要續住就給個八折，價格和平台預訂無差。客人會在乎你這幾十塊錢的八折嗎？平台預訂都這個價格不需要看你臉色！！！
着重提一句，完全不是平台的責任，平台真誠致歉，並主動補償一個致歉包。專屬人工管家服務響應快速，態度親切。兩兩相比，優劣分明。
