Response from Property: Hello! Given the above situation, regarding your subsequent complaint about the yellowed sheets, we immediately changed your room upon receiving your feedback. After the room change, we did not receive any further complaints about "pungent odor" or "nighttime noise," so we were unable to objectively verify these issues. Specifically regarding the "renovation noise," our verification confirmed that the hotel has no current renovation plans, which is corroborated by surveillance footage in the relevant area. We understand that every guest has different expectations. For a booking where one night's stay was actually completed, the hotel did not receive any complaints about the room from you by 10:00 AM the following day; we only received your request for a full refund from your room. This does not conform to standard industry practices, and we cannot fulfill this request.
