Very pleasantly surprised, better than I expected. Children like the two-bedroom suite very much. There is a living room in the middle where we can eat and chat together. Every waiter is very enthusiastic, saying hello, with a friendly and loud voice, making them feel at home. The feeling of sunshine pouring in through the window makes the cold winter a little more warm. There are both Chinese and Western styles of breakfast, which can basically satisfy all kinds of tastes. After I booked the room, the hotel's customer service contacted me and sent me the location. The parking lot is outside, so I called the customer service and arranged for a shuttle bus. It was a very satisfying trip!

和朋友一起帶娃出行，管家拓拓提前一天就聯繫告知注意事項，掃碼送了挖沙工具，坐接駁車很方便，酒店距離沙灘也很近，小朋友們玩的很開心，晚上還送了睡前甜湯，衹是第二天走得早，下午茶和咖啡都沒有享受到，下次有機會再來～

地處景區環境幽雅 房間也很寬敞 尤其是衞生間 乾濕分離 衣帽間也很方便 總之佈局合理！管家莎莎熱情主動！送的餐食也很豐盛美味！晚上還有夜宵：少糖的紅豆湯與無糖的蘋果水 考慮真是周到！送夜宵的小夥子也是令人如沐春風！下次還要再來！

這次跟朋友們一起帶着小孩子來度假，出發前一天，半邊山觀堂的管家拓拓就電話加微信聯繫我，第二天到了停車場，又安排了車子來接，酒店古色古香，非常適合閑暇散步，酒店下午送水果，晚上送甜品，非常温馨，女兒還免費體驗了唐裝

天氣不太好，環境好，走去海邊悠閑散步愜意。 前台，客房和接駁人員都蠻熱情，態度也好。 早餐睡懶覺沒吃到，套餐裏的下午一般，晚上景區裏的晚餐可以自覓當地美食，夜晚還有甜湯很不錯。臨走還有伴手禮（米饅頭）味道好吃的。 總體上很不錯，相比對面的皇冠性價比絕對高（共享一個沙灘）。天熱點能下海了再來。

房間很不錯，複式雙卧很適合兩個家庭，四個人住，上下層有二個卧室，二個獨立衞生間，也不會讓人覺得不方便，房間內使用的戴森的吹風機，配有地暖（雖然這個季節我們沒用到），整體感覺挺乾淨的，因為是天窗，沒有可以開的那種對外的窗户，又是新的酒店，剛進去覺得有點裝修過的味道，不過屋子裡有凈化器，習慣就好了。酒店有免費的漢服體驗（粧造拍攝另外收費），提前一天，小管家會加客户微信發送當地氣候和停車場位置，在確認到訪時間後，安排擺渡車接駁到前廳，挺暖心的。

酒店坐落在海灘旁，距離海邊很近，帶娃挖沙很方便，酒店前台人員得知我們是兩大一小入住後主動把原來的棋牌套餐換成了海鮮麪套餐，贈送了挖沙工具，服務很熱情。酒店整體古色古香，旁邊可以徒步爬山，山海景觀挺好看的，入住了兩晚，度過了一個愉快的假期。

帶娃海邊挖沙子，週末不能走太遠，選擇了來象山，入住觀堂酒店 給我們升級了房間，有送水果和銀耳羹 服務沒得説，到哪兒都能叫接駁車，有管家加微信，需要啥微信上聯繫就行，很方便 退房時還送了伴手禮米饅頭，很好吃 下次來還住這兒，超級滿意～
