衞生乾淨整潔，房間有點熱🥵而且乾燥，服務熱情周到，六樓水壓不夠洗澡不方便，房間智能化做的不錯，早餐挺好

大的蟑螂沒來及照，衞生間一個晚上看到五衹，還順着牆爬，半夜上廁所嚇到失眠，怎麼也沒想到到了內蒙還有蟑螂，朋友的房間也遇到了。酒店環境服務都很好，和圖片上一摸一樣，衞生打掃也是乾淨的，就是你們能不能重視下除蟑的事情，多到有點誇張，它們在衞生間肆無忌憚的爬

酒店衞生乾淨，服務態度很好，室內恆温26°，不會太熱，冬季也不冷。早餐品種繁多，味道也不錯。 就是房間隔音效果不太好。

擺設的空調，擺設的電視，更本打不開[捂臉]早飯也不好吃，酒店的電梯要小心，可能會突然下沉，親身經歷嚇死，太可怕了，住6樓，上下都爬樓梯！硬件設施差了也就算了，也才400多，服務也特別差，一星都不配，反應房間有汗臭味道，上來看了一下就沒有下文了

這個酒店也是很奇葩，我入住的是401，窗口外面就是大大的酒店名字燈柱！500多的房價，在錫林浩特也是不低了，可是這服務，真心差。比如1、兩個人洗澡，你得計劃好，要不第二個人多半得冷水沖洗了，估計還是電熱水器2、所謂智能，睡眠模式、總開關啥的都不靈光，壞了就壞了，沒人管3、房間沒電話，有問題請你用自己的手機聯繫前台，但早上8點以前不會有人理你，401吹風機就是一擺設，沒法用。早上7點多打電話前台沒人接，衹好自己下去找人。結果前台無人，衹好問餐廳人員，説前台在忙着，於是我等了5分鐘，前台睡眼惺忪的從屋裡出來，呵呵，的確在忙，忙着睡覺💤！4、表達不滿得到的回答是：“和我説沒用，找老闆去。我們這小地方，服務就這樣......”直接無語5、雙床房衹有一張椅子，兩人入住或者朋友啥的別過來、要不就得站着6、空調有，就是別調温度，你怕冷怕熱一概不管，固定温度，愛誰誰！就這酒店愛誰誰的態度和和服務員的做派，咱就一個字：大寫的“服”！真不知道，那麼多好評哪來的？不得不説，水軍真是厲害👍……老闆有心思搞這些歪門邪道，不如動腦筋想想怎麼改進服務和設施！

好多蟑螂…..早上就趕緊撤離了….十一草原還能有那麼多蟑螂真的是很震驚.十一假期住了七個酒店這個體驗最差了…

668的房費，宣傳的全屋智能，所有的智能控制都沒辦法用，我跟我媽媽一起出來，我媽媽想看看電視都打不開，叫來工作人員上來弄了半個多小時，最後也沒打開……空調也不是很涼，是特別舊的小空調，開18度製冷還是會感覺熱，帶不起來這個房間，早飯忘記拍照片了，實話實説很難吃！品種少，豆沙包很硬，小涼菜巨鹹，東西沒了也不會及時補（38的餐標我吃籠燒賣喝個羊雜湯不香嘛）除了🍠很好吃，別的都不太行，希望做酒店可以用心一點
