Hotels Near Xinlu Residence in Xining

This is really an International Hotel with 5 star standard. Service, amenities and room toiletries is of premium quality except the central aircon is not switched on so the room temperature is at 25°C cannot be adjusted much lower, only can switch to fan full blast but not cold. When I lodge a complaint, the staff says they don't switch the central aircon for month of May but advise to just open the window as it gets cold in the evening. The cold air do come in through the window to keep the room cool.They will switch on the central aircon in month of June and July when it's very hot. Overall I love this hotel as it's next to the railway station and many local street food around the hotel. Highly recommended!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the unprofessional conduct of two male front desk staff members I encountered during my recent stay at this hotel. I approached the front desk to inquire about to extend my stay. The two staff members I interacted with were both rude and dismissive, speaking to me without making eye contact and answering in a very loud voice. Their behavior was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. I understand that front desk staff members are often busy, but there is no excuse for treating guests with disrespect. I would appreciate it if you would address this matter with the staff members in question and ensure that all your employees are trained to provide excellent customer service. I hope that my experience will be addressed and that future guests will not encounter the same issues.

Five-star praise! The hotel opened this year and there is no peculiar smell. The location is excellent, it only takes about ten minutes to walk to Mojia Street and Daxin Street Night Market, but it is also located on a relatively quiet street, which is bustling when you go out and quiet when you enter. Located in Chengzhong District, it is very convenient to go to Dongguan Mosque and Xiananguan Street to the east, and to museums and wildlife parks to the west. The lobby is elegant and bright, and the front desk service is polite and fast. The guest rooms are warm and comfortable, not too big or too small, and the bedding is of suitable softness and hardness, ensuring a comfortable sleep. Central air conditioning and Forest Prince air purifier make the room not smell like decoration. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas, the washbasin is large and easy to place skin care cosmetics, the shower produces hot water quickly and has a suitable amount of water, toothbrushes, shower gel and other consumables are good, the towels are soft (haha new hotel), and the shower room drains quickly. The hair dryer and kettle are all regular brand products, so you can use them with confidence. The sound insulation effect of the room is also pretty good. These are all hardware. After all, it is a new hotel. The decoration and configuration make guests feel the quality. The service makes people feel that the hotel has an excellent management team: the public areas and guest rooms are clean, every staff member you meet smiles kindly, and there is a manager who just got off the elevator when he saw us going. When the elevator came, I immediately held down the elevator. The small actions made me feel that they must be implementing the word ”service” from top to bottom. I called the front desk at around ten o'clock in the evening and asked the front desk to send two bottles of water. I just put down the phone and put on a pair of glasses. The floor attendant delivered a coat in just one minute. The efficiency was amazing! The complimentary late night snacks and fruit and yogurt snacks are welcome, they are all delicious, not just a formality, and the breakfast is rich. The hotel's facilities will age year by year, but daily maintenance and customer service can be better and better. Therefore, service is more important than hardware. I am very happy that I chose to stay at Xingwang International during my trip to Qinghai. (It would be even better if there is a makeup mirror next to the sink!)

The price/performance ratio is pretty good. For example, the price, location, etc. are pretty good. It's just that it's on the 23rd or 24th floor of an office building. It's very troublesome to wait for the elevator during commuting. In addition, the overall room can only be said to be average, which can be regarded as satisfactory.

The room itself in the hotel was amazing and especially considering the price we paid. 10/10. There is a small convenience store next door at the bottom, which makes it easy to get essentials. There is a man, I didn't get his name. He was on night shifts at the front desk with glasses and was by far the most helpful hotel receptionist I've ever met. These things make me look back very fondly on my stay at Sanyu.

Parking is convenient, the room is relatively clean and comfortable, the environment of Hilton is as good as ever, the hotel service is also very good, the front desk lady Liu is very enthusiastic, the service attitude is particularly good, she took the initiative to upgrade the room, I was very happy, and also sent the local specialty yak yogurt, and there are supper to eat. In the morning, I left early with my friends and didn’t have time to have breakfast, so they sent breakfast bags and hot water. It was a wonderful experience and it will be the first choice next time.

The location of the Boli Yabu Hotel is very convenient. There are a lot of shops around. Upon arrival we had a very warm welcome from the receptionist Xiao Yang. She helped us with the check-in and showed us the room. We also got a free upgrade to room with a nice view. The room was very clean and comfortable. We got a free welcome snack and some fruits. We would definitely recommend the hotel and book it again when returning to Xining.

Excellent location close to shopping and subway, heart of town. The lovely staff especially the housekeeping team at Floor 9B and the courteous and helpful staff at the restaurant. We loved the complimentary tea breaks and 银耳汤 and did lots of laundry as they thoughtfully provided 3 machines and a dryer in their laundry room. We had just spent 8 dusty days travelling Qinghai and Gansu so this amenity is such a blessing before we continue our journey to Shanghai. What I didnt like was that the hotel was located in a building shared with a few other hotels and lots of offices so the lift has lots of other people sharing and somehow isnt private and is slow. Also to hail a cab, you need to go out to the main road because the building has no driveway. But for the price we pay, the value way exceeds the cons.
