I applied six months in advance, and ended up upgrading two rooms with floor heating pipes. My instructions to the customer service were not implemented at all. The other two floor heating pipes made a sound like sleeping by the Yellow River, and it was very cold. I asked and found out that the water pipe box was a vent. ... Fortunately, at my strong request, the front desk changed the room, but I could still vaguely hear some pipe noises, but it was much better overall... I find it incredible that I told Ctrip customer service for a long time six months ago, but they didn't take it seriously at all. But I still want to thank the handsome guy at the front desk for helping me change the room.
