馬桶是堵的，床單是破的，加了一床被子衹有被芯沒有被套，房間是有煙味的。沒見過這麼破爛的酒店。環境差，服務更差，要求換房間，攜程顯示有房，前台回覆沒房，半夜十一點和我説可以退房。十一點我退了房，再去哪裡訂，來徐州旅遊，這是見過最差勁的酒店。

房間挺大，衞生乾淨，商務旅遊都適宜。就是靠窗馬路有雜音，但到11點後就基本安靜了。酒店離市中心很近，步行幾百米就到蘇寧廣場，周邊小吃店也挺多。
