Yan'an Hotels with Wi-Fi

Enjoyed a very pleasant 4 day trip to visit the historical and revolutionary sites of Yan’an and the trip was made much better thanks to a very comfortable and convenient stay at the Wanda Realm. For anybody who plans to visit the city I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located just to the south of the old city of Yan’an in the newly built Wanda City area. It is a 15-20 minute taxi ride to the old center (depending on traffic) and it’s relatively easy to call a taxi with a ride hailing app like Didi. It’s also within walking distance of the Red Street 红街 tourism area that has a theatre, cinema, activities, coffee shops and restaurants. The hotel is new and all of the main public areas are clean and well maintained - such as the lobby, hotel rooms, restaurant and gym/pool. The gym contains my favorite Life Fitness gym equipment (a quality brand) and the multi-lane, 25m meter pool is a dream for anyone who likes to swim. It even offers a good view. The hotel breakfast is very good value for money and offers a high quality selection of Western-style food (bread, eggs, bacon, sausages and cereals) as well as very tasty local Chinese food - especially local Yan’an/Shanxi noodles and dumplings. For any foreigners like me, you’ll get a good sense of local taste with good ingredients. The room was very clean and spacious with nice balcony and great view of the lake and Red Street. Service staff was excellent and many staff speak good English. We even received a nice hand written message and welcome fruits. Especially if you travel with children, this is where you should stay in Yan’an. Thank you for making my holiday more enjoyable.

It was already night when we arrived at the hotel. When we checked in, they prepared hot tea for us, helped us carry our luggage, and sent us to the room. It was really great👍👍👍Give the children a few small gifts, and the children like it very much! ! Milk, red dates and plenty of water are also prepared in the room. The local red dates in Yan'an are very delicious! It's really thoughtful! The hotel is just under the Pagoda Mountain. You can see the pagoda in the room. The night view and lights are very beautiful! ! In addition, the breakfast is great! There are many varieties and the taste is very good. There are several small snacks that taste especially good!

First of all, why did they change the order without my knowledge? Afterwards, I found this message a bit hard to understand... Secondly, I thought the deluxe room and the special room would be different from each other after looking at the hotel room type introduction. But when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that they were the same. It's hard to describe...Finally, the deluxe room I booked a long time in advance was more expensive and worse than the state guest room the day before. After I questioned it at the front desk, there was no reasonable solution, and my mood fell to the bottom... After checking in with an imperfect mood, the rumbling sound in the room caused me to feel uncomfortable. Fortunately, the room renovation department and a male staff member of the engineering department actively helped to solve the problem. Finally, around 10 o'clock in the evening, after about an hour, the exhaust noise of the bathroom was slightly reduced.

Zaoyuan Hotel has a strong sense of time in the appearance of a large hotel, the lobby is magnificent, the facilities are perfect, there are restaurants, swimming pools, specialty shopping shops, etc., parking is convenient, 5 minutes drive from the Zaoyuan Revolutionary Site, 20 minutes drive from Pagoda Mountain, and there is a bus stop at the door. The balcony door can be opened, the room is well ventilated, and the bedding is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is rich and delicious, combining Chinese and Western. When encountering a meeting, there are many people entering the meal, and it will be filled soon. Whether it is the front desk, the concierge (carrying luggage), the floor, the restaurant, the service staff are kind and at home. Manager Feng in the lobby was warm and thoughtful and provided good suggestions for our itinerary. The room found that we had forgotten our mobile phone and contacted us in time. Thank you Fairy for helping to mail it. This time I brought the 90-year-old elderly to Yan'an. I was very satisfied with the Zaoyuan Hotel and would recommend it to friends in the future.

The modern cave dwelling experience is very special. The big kang-like bed is very comfortable and can accommodate a family of four. The hotel environment is very good, the service is considerate, Dana helped to upgrade the room type, I will continue to choose here next time, it is very convenient to travel around, the room is clean and tidy, there is no trace of odor, the facilities in the house are well-equipped, suitable for living, and the service is attentive and thoughtful.

There is also a Northern Shaanxi style performance in the evening, which is very good. The children had a lot of fun. Red date tea is given as a gift every day, which is very nice.

After arriving at the store, I was afraid that the room would smell. I asked the front desk to show me the room. I went to the room and found that my worry was superfluous. The room had a faint fragrance and it smelled very comfortable. Very satisfied with the stay, the front desk provided free hand cream use, the service was super intimate. The location is very good and it is convenient to go anywhere.

The location of this hotel is really good, close to Wuyue Plaza. The mutton hotpot across the street is also good. The hotel service needs to be improved, especially the breakfast restaurant on the top floor. During the morning rush hour, people going downstairs to check out and going upstairs to have breakfast are crowded. The food variety and environment in the restaurant are also seriously mismatched with the number of rooms. I didn't have a good breakfast for two consecutive mornings. It was crowded. The breakfast restaurant waiter also had a sullen face. Maybe it's like this during the National Day holiday.

The floor of the room is very high. Visually, it is 3.2 meters tall and has one floor. It does not feel oppressive and is atmospheric. The room was very clean and the stay was comfortable. Checking in at the front desk during the National Day had to wait in line for half an hour. The three front desks were very busy, but in the end I found that the three of them went through the procedures together. After several steps, only one person checked in, and the others were just preliminary contacts and communication😅😅. Although it was recommended that guests waiting in line at the back go to Tower C to check in, with a bunch of luggage and children, no one was willing to drag their luggage to another building. The biggest complaint was that the front desk reported that orders placed by Ctrip after 6 pm that day were not found in the hotel system at 9:30 pm, and it took a long time to get the room card. The worst thing is that I stayed in Building AC. All breakfast the next day was concentrated in Building B, and the breakfast room in Building A was not open. Fifteen or six hundred people went to the restaurant in Tower B to have breakfast. There was no food because of the crowd. You had to fry your own eggs to get the fried eggs. The management had no plan or plan when faced with the crowd?
