我從來沒有想到小縣城裡這一家H酒店，能帶給我這麼大的驚喜，付出的價格能住到這麼舒服的房間，全部智能家居，中央空調暖乎乎，最關鍵酒店新開！布草和設施都是嶄新的啊，上一次在皇城相府400多住的酒店真心比不上在這裏住一晚！酒店旁邊是山景，湖景，温暖的陽光，愜意的午後，再沒有比行走在山水田野中更美妙的事情。晚上有碰到幾個夜釣的，佩服大哥們的毅力，哈哈哈哈啊哈哈哈，住的客人挺多，服務員比較忙，但是見到每個人都打招呼微笑，感覺是一家用心的酒店！飯菜比較實惠，價格不算貴，但是味道和分量給點贊！尤其是一個卧龍灣小炒肉和松鼠魚，美滋滋。很開心這次過來玩了兩三天，後期空閑下來還會繼續過來。

酒店設定很新，而且很智能，打掃的特別乾淨，特別舒服。下面我要説重點了，這家酒店的服務特別好，是無法形容的好，他沒有那種過分服務讓你有壓力，很形象的説就是好比這是你家親戚開的酒店一樣，服務人員就是家人，沒有那麼多的官方禮貌用語，但是對你的關心卻是無微不至的，你的一切要求都在滿足。我經常出差，住酒店太多了，這家酒店我衹能説是我住過最舒服的，沒有之一。我是去蟒河景區旅遊的，衹可惜景區沒有開放，要不然我還想住一晚。我還想説，就前台的接待人員，你看着就喜慶到不行，特別的親，就像你的哥們一樣。還有早班的接待人員，那個大美女，看着就是你的妹子，親切感爆棚。我們衹住了一晚，早晨臨走還囑咐我們要注意安全，還送出來和我們告別，我真的感覺這是在住酒店嗎，這簡直就是在走親戚，窺一斑而知全豹，H酒店管理簡直一流，以後我再出差不管去哪都要首選H酒店。再次感謝皇城相府H酒店的照顧，讓我這個國慶假期有了一個美好的開始。

首先謝謝你們接納我們的小狗～
🔔服務：工作人員真的都特別熱情，我們到酒店的時候已經很晚了，值班的小哥哥還是非常完整的給我們介紹了房間的設施使用，並告訴我們晚上有什麼問題可以隨時聯繫他。第二天因為起遲了錯過了早飯，前台的小姐姐還幫我安排了一頓麪。入住和退房都幫我們兩個人提了行李，很棒。
🍃環境：酒店在蟒河景區內，我們入住於九月初，正是疫情+暴雨讓很多河南景區都關閉的時候，但早上起來拉開窗簾還是被對面綠綠的山和水美到了。
酒店設施很新，打掃的也很乾凈，房間巨大，洗手間乾濕分離，除了秋天空調衹能出自然風以外沒有什麼缺點，我還挺喜歡的。
疫情+暴雨對酒店影響很大，旁邊就是蟒河景區的遊客中心，可惜我們去的時候景區關閉也沒什麼人了，希望你們能度過難關！以後有機會去河南玩的話還會入住的～

房間很大，很乾凈，住的舒服，本來定了一晚，朋友都説舒服又續了一晚，很滿意，離蟒河景區30分鐘吧，也挺方便，主要為了環境好就選擇了這裏，旁邊有家鮰魚宴很不錯
