就想問問。我們睡到大半夜，電視機自動打開，圖片可看到，我們並沒有壓到遙控器；，嚇**。能不能全退我房費？酒店負責客服的人員説送我伴手禮。我不要。我衹想知道這種情況算不算嚴重？會不會給我全退房費？

説實話比較失望，提前3天訂的房，結果當天晚上來電説沒收到訂單，攜程臨時加的單，笑**，明明幾木雙床房的床是1.3米，結果卻説都是1.2，就是想客户接受高級雙，但是很明顯和原本不符，非要客户提出讓攜程介入，才很不情願把房間放出來，不知道意圖是什麼！另外雖然顯示是23年新酒店，但是實際是舊酒店翻新，而且翻新的質量真的很不到位！有失亞朵的名聲，沒有洗髮水，打電話給前台，送來的還是沐浴露，

前台陳汁小姐姐舉止大方，處事妥當，看見小朋友主動配置小童用品，茶几角包着防撞貼，吧枱陪着手沖壺、咖啡等各式飲品，房間也夠大，裝修比較新近，滿滿的細節。很滿意的一次出行！攜程客服也很給力，預訂很及時，很滿意！

這次公司出差我還是選擇了麗嘉酒店，市中心，交通方便，前台服務員熱情有禮，解決問題力強👍，房間乾淨整潔，最方便的就是二樓就是餐廳和同事到二樓吃了一頓美美的海鮮，海鮮很鮮甜好吃，走的時候還不忘帶幾盒麗嘉的月餅🥮回家，下次出差就選這裏了😊😊

酒店位置挺好，離汽車站好近，樓下有大超市，購物補給好方便！房間挺大，乾淨衞生，樓下有停車場，二樓有茶樓，好吃又不貴！

酒店位置靠近市中心，去哪兒都很方便。房間空間大，衞生乾淨，每次回來陽江必選麗嘉。還有中餐廳和餐廳，味道也不錯！

商務出差，酒店幫忙升級了房型，房間大大大大大，前台還很熱心地指路讓我買到了心儀的當地特產。
初雪服務很好，酒店周邊設施設備齊全，交通方便，床品很舒服，亞朵還是一如既往的為客人好，入住體驗很好
