The room is spacious enough, and even the living room is a separate house. There is a small swimming pool in the garden. But it is obviously not suitable for swimming in this season. The layout design in the room can be scored 9 points, and the deduction point is that the corridor is squeezed by the wardrobe, which makes it narrow. In addition, the bathtub is not well chosen, mainly because of the angle design at both ends, it is not easy to get up and it is easy to slip. The quality of toiletries is OK, and the toothbrush bristles are relatively soft. The breakfast in the restaurant can be given full marks. It is a set meal system with rich varieties and reasonable matching. The quantity is large, which is more than ordinary people can't finish. Lunch was skipped because breakfast was late. Dinner and afternoon tea were each served once, which was quite satisfactory. The quality of the fruit given in the guest room every day is good. It is the hotel with the best fruit quality among the several hotels I stayed in this trip. The entire hotel park is very large. For example, it takes several minutes to walk from the room to the restaurant and SPA area; for example, it is more than 1 kilometer to the parking lot. So basically, the housekeeper arranges battery car pick-up for travel. As a resort hotel, it is nice to walk around and take photos. But there are not many entertainment activities. We can learn from Banyan Tree to improve the utilization rate of hotel space. Also, because the park is very large, there is still a lot of room for improvement in details. For example, if the side windows of the restaurant are well tidied, the scenery will be very good. For example, there are more mosquitoes. In addition, it is recommended to replace the lock of the courtyard gate with a more modern one. For example, when the service staff comes to deliver fruit, I have to open the door myself. If it is replaced with an electronic intercom door and an electronic lock, it is more suitable for guests who want to be lazy for a few days. The last suggestion is that since the main focus is on quality vacation positioning, it is recommended to provide a small bottle of alcohol-free mouthwash. I think this thing really enhances the grade of the hotel.

It takes only a few minutes to get to the hotel from the highway, and the hotel also has a shuttle bus to West Street. The butler's service is fast and timely, friendly but not noisy, which makes people feel comfortable. The other hotel employees I met on the road were all simple and enthusiastic. Fishing and cycling in the hotel is really a good place to relax and have a vacation.

The hotel is located in the center of Shilihualang. The environment is very good. It is like arriving in a paradise away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is quiet and fresh, allowing the whole person to relax. The front desk butler is very enthusiastic and available 24 hours a day. The parking lot is located outside the gate, about 5 minutes away from the accommodation area by car, which better avoids the disturbance of exhaust gas and horns. Therefore, it is best to contact the butler 10 minutes in advance to send a car. It is worth mentioning that the hotel's breakfast is really very delicious. The hotel also has a SPA technician specially invited from Bali, which is highly recommended.

I booked a room for my family. They said it was very comfortable, with a private swimming pool and a mountain and water environment. It was very peaceful. The butler service was also very timely. I will come back to experience it myself next time.

The hotel is surrounded by nature. When we checked in, the cloudy and foggy mountains looked like a landscape painting. But we met a passerby who, for some unknown reason, asked us if we were staying in the hotel. He said that the hotel was very popular. We also asked if the hotel was the room we were staying in, but we didn't get a clear answer. I checked the news and found out that this is indeed the case. If you mind, you can stay at the Banyan Tree, which would be great too. There are too many mosquitoes. Everything else is perfect.

The service has been very good from the moment we arrived at the door. The butler responded very promptly, almost within seconds. The meals are also very special. You can eat them in the restaurant or have them delivered to the room. The camphor toast for breakfast is delicious. The spa technician is from Indonesia and has no problem communicating in English. The swimming pool is also active enough. The water is released twice a day. Even if it rains almost every day during the stay, it is not dirty. The scenery in the entire hotel is very good. I don’t know if it’s because we went before May Day. There were very few people, which made the whole environment quieter. It is very suitable for vacation and leisure. When I checked out, I was given a souvenir and a small box of cookies. The cookies were also very delicious. The only thing that put a damper on the scenery was that the doorbell of our villa rang three times for no reason, and we reported it to the housekeeper twice. The housekeeper reported that it was not a waiter who came to the door. At the same time, they also checked the monitoring room and said that it was not a prank by other children. Later, they also invited the hotel engineering department to come. After checking, we couldn't find the reason until we finally left. This is quite strange. After all, the doorbell is quite loud. It is a bit scary to ring suddenly at night.
