We had a very pleasant stay with our baby. The location is great for visiting the beautiful surroundings. The pool was great, with clean and cold water. The hotel staff could have been friendlier.

Amazing hotel and stay. The owners are so incredibly sweet and the bed is super comfortable. They helped us to book tickets, brought us to a nearby restaurant because it was raining so hard and helped to book scooters. So much hospitality. I’m recommending it to all my friends that will visit Yangshuo! Thank you :)

Great view, good service, the location is a bit far off, but they offer one pick-up and drop-off. Recommend it.

Was supposed to stay couple of days in the hotel ended up extending it for almost all my holidays:
- The structure is very good and clean
- swimming pool filled with natural water from the mountain and changed every two days (no chlore, no chemical: pure clear water)
- the staff is super friendly and very helpful
- the location is perfect (restaurants and river nearby)
Will definitely go back!

Good staff ! Great location. Good food. Easy to rent scooters and travel around the mountains and the village of Yangshuo from the hotel. Very quiet at night. Good restaurants around. The rooms are clean.

My stay at the Cha Hotel was so nice that I booked another two additional nights afterwards! When I arrived from the airport and open the door of the room, the view was amazing and the room super spacious. The hotel is located in a small village 15 min scooter away from the Yangshuo city center. Which makes it quiet, local and peaceful. But close enough to the city if we have the need for some crowd. The hotel proposed scooter by the day (40RMB per day), recharged every night for you to use them fully. It is also around 200m from the River which proposed amazing scenery, bamboo rafting, river spots to swim in. The owners don't speak english but WeChat is our savior and they are very arranging, friendly, and welcoming. The pool is small but convenient, with an amazing view, and the water is freshly sourced from the mountain behind and changed everyday. The only hiccup was the breakfast: no coffee, no tea, every day same Chinese noodle soup (but good ahah).

Excellent service. There is a nice pool with mountain water and the view is amazing. They also have scooters for rent. The building smelled moldy and the breakfast doesn’t include buffet, but a typical dish of noodles, a boiled egg and some vegetables. However, it is freshly made.

I am so lucky to have chosen this hotel when I traveled to Yangshuo with my mother this time! After we arrived at the pier by boat from the Li River, we got off the boat and walked to the People's Government Hotel. The staff were already waiting nearby and helped with the luggage along the way. They were very considerate! After checking in, I found that the room was super clean, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and toiletries, hair dryers, etc. were all available, and every detail was carefully thought out.
The hotel is in an excellent location, with beautiful mountain and water scenery outside the window. When you open the curtains, you feel like you are in an ink painting! At the end of the trip, the staff not only helped to deliver the luggage to the next hotel, but also waited for us at the door and took us to the pier for the bamboo raft. The whole process was seamless and we didn't have to worry about transportation at all. This experience makes traveling easy and safe, and I highly recommend it to friends who travel with their families!
