酒店環境挺好。房間設施設備都是新的。主要服務真的很好，前台三個小姑娘琪琪 盈盈 徐敏津服務都很好，我不會手機操作，他們很耐心的幫**作，解答，又是倒茶 又是 弄手機 真的非常感動 手機無線 都給我連好。

酒店設施特別齊全 ，一進大堂視野開闊明亮， 很有設計感的酒店。 進入房間，整個蓮花湖風景區盡收眼底，一邊享受着酒店超值的服務，一邊享受着蓮花湖公園的雪景，讓人心情愉悦。早餐品種多樣，無論甜點麪點都可口美味。更讓人滿意的是前台服務到位，讓人賓至如歸。 為當班的前台陶子點贊！下次還會來的 !

整體挺滿意的，些許建築的衞生瑕疵沒精細處理，空調聲音太大影響休息，路邊出入口的車道太窄了出入時車輪胎都緊張，新開業的酒店都理解，祝福酒店越來越好，希望每次回來都住得舒服些！加油
