房間很緊湊，是如家商旅酒店收了樓上的民宿改造的，高德地圖搜尋沒有，需要搜如家商旅酒店（煙台國際博覽中心觀海路店），周邊環境像個新區，樓下711，還有吃飯都很方便。房間很新，沒異味。有洗衣房和健身房，瓶裝水無線供應。樓下辦公區有德龍咖啡機，打了杯美式，咖啡豆不行。唯一吐槽就是淋浴間，就半個平方吧。
