下次再也不去他家了，定好的房間，電話也確定了，結果到店告知客滿，讓換家。訂房錢也不給退。僵持一個多小時未解決，最後還是警察來了給解決了。差評差評。有圖有視頻不讓上傳

剛入住的時候就發現床單上有辣椒油，衞生間門把手上也有，廁所一股煙味。到了晚上覺得有點冷，發現沒空調遙控器，問了前台説不允許給開空調，我説暖氣是冷的又不給空調遙控器是在幹什麼，然後就讓人過來看，看完之後裝模作樣的説下去調一下總閥，調了也沒見好。
考研期間住了兩晚上覺得實在太冷了會被凍醒所以又問要空調遙控器，有個女的還説不能開空調有暖氣，我説暖氣是冷的她就屁話不説一個了，你傢什麼情況你們能不知道？真的垃圾
