If you could put 0 stars - would have set. All fire reviews are exactly bought!!!! Don't believe them!!!! 3 days of tresh for almost 21000 r - it is strong!! I tell what was different from this hotel: 1) In the room dirt!! (Dust over the bed on all bricks, I think the year didn't wash them) 2) in the closet hangs a coat in which someone before me walked and he was not washed!!! This is just a tresh of course!!! Such even a roadside hotel does not allow 🤢🤢 pillows too smell all then, cleaning they have not seen at all in their 3) to set up water this quest whole!! 4) The hearing in the room is such that you hear passing people, entering calls to the phone and homephone!! The rest you will only dream (at least on the 2nd floor, next to the repeschen). From 00-30 to 06-30 I could not sleep, because the drunken compass went there-to-then on the 1st floor (apparently to smoke), and then to the house phone all gently called, and the administrator didn't have enough mind to do something with it (for example to lock or door, for example to close, But then the same administrator was very strongly sleeping, which 1.5 hour was missing on the spot and could not remove the phone and the door of the home phone to open the people coming, from 05-00 to 06-30 approximately(apparently tired). 5) After booking the hotel, the fraudsters started calling and asking for a payment for 1 day. The administration admitted to the breakdown of the base, but it is very much like a plumbing of personal data!!! We police did not prevent us from dealing with this, The scheme is not tricky at all)) After Rugani, of course, I was given a new room (because I was not ready to sleep at night), but the pillows are as odorous as in the past room, but even the coat is clean))) In addition to the location of this hotel - there are no pluses. read the reviews on the pubs about this place and wonder ”who are these people who write these reviews?” because something I saw was completely unsuited by expectation-reality. I was terrified by everything from the number to the subjects, that I couldn't offer any alternative. asked to change dirty clothes and it didn't appear either.smurfed shower cabin, dirty room, glued wallpaper, spot on bed linen, smoked smell in the room. on request to solve the issue with the return of money, The answer didn't follow. I just ran to another hotel)) I don't recommend from the word at all!!!!

1) Местоположение. Далековато от центра и всех достопримечательностей, но для нас это было не критично. Такси стоило не дорого, да и рядом остановка транспорта. Через дорогу ТЦ ”Карнавал”, где есть и кафе, и супермаркет ”АШАН”. Парковкой не пользовались, но вроде проблем не было - места достаточно. 2) Заселение. Быстро, приветливо, комфортно. 3) Общие зоны. Очень красивый и современный интерьер. Не уступает 5* отелям в Европе. Некоторые и превосходит. Понравились лифты. Не понравилось только то, что попасть можно только на свой этаж и туда, где есть места общего пользования. У нас друзья останавливались на другом этаже, мы к ним попасть не смогли. Ресторан вообще впечатлил. Такой легкий, сказочный. Люстры как одуванчики. Простая, дорогая элегантность. Тренажерный зал хороший, есть бильярд. В лобби готовят вкусный кофе и всякие авторские коктейли. 4) Номер. Брали ”комфорт”. Хорошо, что ковровое покрытие. Ногам было уютно. Классический интерьер с яркими акцентами. Опять же дорого, элегантно, со вкусом. Но, главное, что уютно!!! Кровать очень широкая и удобная. Постельное белье просто на 10 из 5-ти. Высочайшее качество. Две подушки каждому, удобнее которых я не видела. Не очень понравилось одеяло - оно невесомое, я люблю потяжелее, но это индивидуально. В номере есть халат, тапочки и т.п. Чайник, кружки, чай, кофе в пакетиках, вода по 0,5 на человека. Мне показалось, что мало вешалок в шкафу. На один день остановиться вдвоем нормально. Но если больше трех дней, одежду разместить будет проблематично. Очень понравилась подсветка для ног. Когда ночью встаешь, свет внизу включается автоматически и ты видишь, куда идти. Сантехника работает исправно, все чисто, современно. Косметика хорошего качества. Есть все необходимое, в т.ч. зубные паста и щетка. По запросу выдают бритвенный прибор и утюг с гладильной доской. 5) Еда. Мы в отеле только завтракали. Шведский стол. Готовят вкусный омлет, яичницу и т.п. Шведский стол типичный. ничего особенного. Мне не хватило выбора йогуртов, мюслей, хлеба Колбасы, сыра выбор хороший. Голодными не остаться, но завтраки видела и получше. ВЫВОД: Отель хороший, очень высокого уровня. Рекомендую всем!! Недостатки, которые указаны в отзыве, носят индивидуальный характер. Как говорится, на вкус и цвет...

Hotel liked. A convenient room with view to the Reservoir (taken half-luxe). polite staff (we arrived after midnight!). Bed with a chic mattress. Hairdress, slippers... A delicious coffee in the bar. Everything was at the height.
