BJG Swan Lake Hot Spring Hotel

The hotel environment is very good, surrounded by mountains and water, with rich supporting activities, suitable for 2-3 days of play, many breakfast varieties, very good service, and the service staff are particularly enthusiastic. I like the Western food supervisor Liu and the waiter Lu Shidi, who are very attentive!

The hotel is in the scenic area, and the environment is very good. Zheng Jun at the front desk enthusiastically upgraded me to a view room, which has a great view of the lake and the scenic area. The room is very large and has a large balcony. Sitting on the balcony, you can smell the strong fragrance of osmanthus, which is really comfortable. There are many parking spaces, which is very suitable for people who travel by car.

This was my second time staying here, following last year. Unfortunately, the weather was mostly rain, but the play areas near the hotel were open when it was only a little rain. The hotel itself is clean. I went by car, and the hotel staff were kind enough to carry my luggage when I arrived. Check-in was also very smooth. For dinner, I had a buffet-style meal with the hotel plan. I think there was a menu that would satisfy both children and adults. I recommend reserving a plan that includes a buffet. Although I stayed on Labor Day, there were not many people eating, and it seemed like about 50% of the seats were filled. The hotel itself is in a very quiet area, so you can relax, and it's close to where you can go to play with your children, so I think it's suitable for families. There is also a shuttle from the front desk to the free hot spring, which takes just 2-3 minutes. There are lockers with locks and towels at the hot spring area, so you don't have to take the trouble to bring them from your room. I would like to go again if I have the chance.

The hot spring water is of excellent quality: the hot spring water is rich in minerals and the bathing experience is comfortable. The staff is warm and friendly, and the service is meticulous. The hotel's catering is of high quality, with rich and diverse dishes and reasonable prices; it makes people feel relaxed and happy, and enjoy a leisurely time. All areas of the hotel are clean and tidy.
