我定的給爸媽住，爸媽去了前台就忽悠爸媽先去了一個特別小的屋裡麪，後來又安排爸媽去了一個稍微大點的房間，但是特別特別臭，空調還不管用。顧客們定之前先去屋裡瞭解瞭解吧

網上訂的房間，入住後，房間沒有瓶裝水，沒有洗漱用的杯子跟前台服務員要，衹給了一衹一次性水杯，我問她，我們兩個人，不能用一個杯子吧，她説衹有一個，讓她想辦法再給一個，她説沒有了，哈哈，沒有辦法，衹能給差評。今天換地方住。
