The hotel is quite new, just opened in 2024. It is quite close to the train station of yokohama, covered all the way from the train station to shopping arcades to the hotel. You don't even need to have your umbrella if it rains. The hotel is easy to locate. It is quite tidy with all the basic stuffs in the room. You can watch youtube in the TV. The staff are friendly and helpful. One thing I think can improve, this hotel brand (which I have lived in a number of different hotels from this brand) requires room cleaning (even if you decline so) every 3 days (if you live more than 3 days). I don't think it is necessary if the hotel guests do not require so in order to save manpower and be more environmental friendly (which I think the hotel is on one hand promoting). . Overall, I think the hotel is good.

Excellent location with train station nearby. Warm and modern decor. Friendly staff. Pay for parking location on site for those who wants to do car rental. Coin Laundry and gym on site. Various styles of restaurants downstairs below the 4th floor reception. Train station B1 elevator upto 2nd floor sky walkway to prevent yanking your luggage all over the road. Better yet I just used Yamoto luggage delivery service to the hotel. The staff kept my luggage in storage and bring it out when I arrived on site to check in.

Overall good location with good amenities and comfortable bed but slightly pricey price for 1 night Although the check in is self service but the staff still willing to help to expedite the process. Did not include the breakfast option instead dine in the cafe in the lobby which serve great option for a quick bite, nice coffee and reasonable price.

Everything is good except high price. It had a washer and drier. Very convenient to wash and dry your clothes after morning exercise. It has a well maintained fitness room. The breakfast is not worth 2800 yen.

Very new hotel. Easy check-in and check-out. Housekeeping staff were very helpful and polite. Location was good, near to a supermarket and lots of food choices.

New hotel near Yokohama Station, better than Sheraton I would said! Room size bigger and the rate is lower than what I paying in Sheraton. Definitely my first choice hotel when visiting Yokohama now.

Room is big and spacious, with 3 bed separated bath and toilet. No bottle water provided in the room. Near the train station and very convenient, Takashimaya is just and the station. Car rental is nearby as well. Is less than 1hr by train from Haneda airport. Kose facial amenities are provided in the room.

Excellect location. Easy access to MRT station. Easy walk to shoppings and many others. Hotel is modern and upscale. Room is good size for one, since I booked a single double room.

Brand new hotel with everything in great condition. Everything was perfect and super value for money considering what you get. I booked a corner room with a great view, which even had a washing machine in the room.

Newly opened so expect that everything is new and fresh. We got the corner suite, which was a bonus. We loved how big the room is and situated very close to the shopping malls and railway. Recommended!!
