ＣＩが1:00でＣＯ7:30の短時間でしたので、何事も無く過ごせました
喫煙者としては禁煙部屋でもせめて喫煙所が欲しかったかな

喫煙ルーム使用させていただきましたが、
思った以上に部屋も廊下もタバコの匂いがしました。
お部屋は普通でした。
クレンジングや化粧水などは無かったです。

線路沿いの事は知っていたので、ある程度覚悟していましたが、想像より煩かったです。
また、一見清潔そうで、けっこう汚かったです。
窓枠に埃がたまっていたり、風呂場のカビが．．．．
細かいところでなく、ユニットバスの壁、立って身体を洗うと触る場所にカビが点々としていて、がっかりしました。

約二週間滞在しましたが、10階の線路側のセミダブルの部屋で、インターネットも完備、部屋で仕事もできました。事前にアクセスガイドを見ておかなかったため、きた東口A出口を出てから国道側に歩いてしまい、ファミリーマートで訊かなければ探せませんでした。出口から地上に出て、すぐホテルが見えるわけでもないので、案内板か何かあると良いと思います。横浜駅東口にありながら、きた東口Aから東口（PORTA, LUMINE）にはもちろん、実は地下通路でつながって西口（CIALやJOINUS）にもすぐ行くことができ、慣れてしまえば非常に便利です。朝食は隣接するPRONTOでしたが、混雑もせず、数種類のメニューから選ぶことができました。また、カードキーをタッチしないとエレベーターが作動しないというセキュリティは良いのですが、最初は乗り方がわからずとまどいました。他にも困っていた宿泊客に数人いたので、もっと、わかりやすい説明か記述が必要かと。二週間の滞在には小物を入れる引き出しなどの収納が少なく、ハンガーも足りずにフロントで貸し出し用のハンガーを追加で借りましたが、クローゼット部分が狭すぎて洋服があまりかけられませんでした。掃除の後でも絨毯や浴室に髪の毛が残っており、掃除はあまり丁寧な感じがしませんでした。浴室のシャワーカーテンのカビの臭いが強く、部屋の中まで臭くなります。ときどき消毒するが交換した方がいいです。細かい点はありますが、全体的には快適な滞在で、また利用したいと思います。

チェックイン、アウト共にスムーズで快適でした。
場所は駅から地上までが広く、複雑なので、出口を間違えると迷うかもしれません。
小４息子と添い寝でも狭く感じる事なく寝れました。

駅近の立地はとても助かりました。
室内も明るく清潔感があり、
シングルにもかかわらずベッドがセミダブルの大きさ。ゆったりと休む事ができました。
線路沿いですが、
行き交う電車の音も特に気になりません。
到着してすぐに靴のストラップが取れてしまい、
到着時は深夜、翌日の出発が早朝なので困ってフロントに電話したら、
ソーイングセットをもらえとても助かりました。
ありがとうございました。
また横浜泊がある時には
利用されていただきます。
