Clean hotel that is well connected to shin-yokohama station and shopping area. Carpark chargeable at 1500 yen from 2pm to 11am, 200yen for additional 30mins. 15mins drive to restaurant that creates the first gyu-nabe.

This time we changed to a different room type, which was a bit smaller. We booked a room with breakfast included, which was served at a coffee shop downstairs. You could either dine in or take it away, which was simple and convenient.

This Japanese-style hotel experience exceeded my expectations and deserves high praise. First, the room. Stepping inside, I was immediately struck by its cleanliness and tidiness. From the floor to the table, everything was spotless, with meticulous attention to detail even in the corners. The space was also much more spacious than I imagined. Both the rest area and the washroom felt comfortable and unconstrained, completely lacking the cramped feeling typical of hotels, allowing me to truly relax. What impressed me most was the Japanese service. From the bow and greeting upon entering, I could feel the perfect level of respect and attentiveness. The staff always anticipated my needs, serving tea and providing directions with a gentle and measured approach—neither overly intrusive nor overly intrusive, yet always there when needed. For example, when I casually mentioned wanting to see the local night view, they thoughtfully marked the best viewing spots and routes. This meticulous care is the essence of Japanese service. Overall, the clean and spacious environment made for a comfortable stay, while the warm service made me feel truly welcome. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The room was spacious enough for two people to move around in comfortably. The bed was large and comfortable, and the blankets were very warm. There was a Don Quijote pharmacy a 15-minute walk away, which was very convenient. Breakfast was a Western-style meal voucher with several set menus to choose from, which was fine.

The location was good, and although the rooms were small, the hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and the room was comfortable.
