Easy access but building is bit old

Amenities could be provided more for travelers such as hair mask and toothpaste. Other than that, the location and cleanliness are perfect.

Price value is amazing. Location is quiet. There is a water dispenser at hotel lobby. Breakfast is decent too.

It is greatly located near to Shin yokohama station which is a new business district. Very nice location and near to none stop shuttle bus to Narita airport.

The hotel is located not far from the train station. The room is compact but clean. The staff is excellent.

Comfortable environment

I stayed at this hotel for one night with breakfast included when I stayed in Shin-Yokohama for the first time in a while. The front desk has been upgraded to electronic signatures and the rooms have electronic locks. For dinner, I had Yokohama-style ramen from the building next door. The side dish of pork rice bowl was also excellent. I really like it and stop by here every time. The breakfast is homemade and has a wide variety, so if you're staying there, it's definitely worth a try.

I used it for an event at Yokohama Arena, and it was close to the venue so it was really easy to use. However, the only problem I have is the air conditioning. When I used it, I wanted to use the air conditioning so I turned it on, but only hot air came out, not cold air, so I decided to open the window for the time being, but I try to avoid opening the window if possible, so it would be great if the air conditioning could blow cold air. Other than that I think it was really good.

The room was very dry, so I asked for a humidifier to borrow, and they delivered it to my room. They also lent me a hair iron (^^) The room was small, but clean, and it was a hotel I'd like to stay at again. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

Nice hotel, located near Shin-Yokohama station, which is very convenient. There is also a ramen museum nearby. The hotel itself is not new, but everything works fine. The room is compact, which is also normal for Japan.

Since the room was close to the vending machine, I could hear the noise of people using it, so next time I would like to choose a room a little further away from the vending machine.

The parking lot was conveniently located on the first floor of the hotel. The front desk was on the second floor and was polite and lent me a smartphone and charger. There was a free drink corner in front of the front desk, where water, ice, and drinks were self-service.

The single room in the hotel is very small and there is almost no room to move around when sitting on the chair (even if you are not thin enough, you cannot sit down) The equipment is old and the air conditioner cannot be dispatched. Good location. Near the subway station. There are convenience stores nearby.
