The Westin Yokohama

The hotel service was exceptionally attentive, and the room's facilities were excellent. It was super quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and the city view from the high floor was beautiful. The location is incredibly convenient, with art museums, convenience stores, shopping malls, cafes, and restaurants all within a 10-minute walk. The airport shuttle runs three times a day, which is super handy. I'll definitely choose to stay at the Westin again!

The room was clean and spacious, it was simply wonderful. The large bathtub was deep, allowing for a truly relaxing soak, which completely washed away the day's fatigue. It was a comfortable and blissful one-night stay.

Absolutely stunning! This is easily one of the top three hotels our family has ever stayed in. It's new, clean, and beautiful! The service is top-notch, truly excellent. The only downside is that the location is a bit far from the bustling areas, but it's still a walkable 10-15 minutes.

This was my second stay at this hotel during the same trip, and I absolutely loved it. I wish I could have stayed longer! The bedding is exceptional – so soft and comfortable. I could easily stay here for at least a week straight. Plus, you can walk to all the shops you want to visit, and the scenery along the way is quite remarkable.

This hotel is quite new, located in the Minato Mirai area. The ground floor houses a luxury car showroom, so the front desk is uniquely situated on the top floor (23rd floor). The surrounding area is primarily made up of luxury car showrooms and office buildings. For individual family travelers, it might not be as convenient as other areas.

First, the positives: The hotel's location is excellent, making getting around very convenient. The room facilities are complete and well-maintained, and the entire room is clean and tidy. On the hardware side, there's nothing to fault. However, the service experience was a bit unexpected. Having stayed at several hotels in Japan, staff are generally polite and attentive, but this hotel's service felt significantly different. The front desk staff were rather cold and communication felt perfunctory, lacking the usual meticulousness and patience found in Japanese hotels. If you prioritize location and cleanliness, this hotel is worth considering. But if you value the service atmosphere, you might want to think twice.

Good value for money and a great location. The hotel's layout is well-designed, and the service is excellent. The public areas offer nice views and good service too.

The room was spacious and clean, and the service was excellent. It's not far from Yokohama Port, and you can walk to Sakuragicho in 10 minutes to take the ropeway or railway to different places.
